How much time it takes to get Visa stamped once it reaches IRCC Office (via VFS Courier)? My VFS Global tracking status says, Your application, tracking ID No.**** has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2021/10/21. 5 days passed and no updates yet.
Hii, It will take around 1-2 weeks for them to process your PP. in our case it took 12 days. You may contact them if you are concerned but I would suggest to wait for atleast a week. Hope this helps. 😇🙏🏻
Hi, I understand that a separate webform is needed for each passport. When i fill the webform for the dependent, whose First/Last name is the webform expecting in the Applicant Details section? Am i supposed to use Primary Applicant's First/Last name for both the Primary and Dependent webforms? Hii, please put your passport address. You are already filling a courier form for Pick up of ur package. This consent form is for the vfs to get your consent for passport transmission. 😇🙏🏻

Hii i have filled the consent and courier form both in our child’s case. Just to be on safer side. In place of signature we just put one parent sign and mentioned in bracket (minor’s parent). But on the vfs email it only mentions that applicants aged 18 or above has to fill consent form. There should not be any issues if you submit that extra paper. Please contact CIC right away!! And try to contact vfs as well!! Call them and ask if you can get your PP picked up ASAP using their premium lounge service if possible!!! This would be the best option right now. But if you have 10-15 days in hand, then you can fill up the webform again and complete the steps again by requesting vfs to send u payment link ASAP. My mother had her in person interview for visitor visa two years ago and that time she submitted her passport at the vfs. Now everything has changed. For PR, yes we had to submit our daughter’s photo when they asked.

Within 5 hours. Some people receive it within hour or two depends on the office time. You can email vfs as well if it is more than 24 hrs. Hope it helps. Good luck.

After giving my biometrics in vfs global office they told me u will get a mail within 15 to 20 days regarding visa application to fill. Nw more than 100 days finished But till now I haven't get any mail.
Is your PP already submitted to the vfs? If so then depending on the usual processing time, it should be 5-7 days if your PP is at the vfs!! Hii, yes you have to fill separate webform for each dependent 😊 each webform=each passport!! You have to make individual envelope for all applicants. Hope this helps😇🙏🏻

Hey I sent my passport to ircc new delhi on 9th November 2021 and ircc New Delhi received it on 11th November and they started processing it. My passport is valid till May 25/2022. So in order to have it valid for 6 months it should be stamped before November 25th 2021. Will they stamp passport if it is valid for less than six months?
I guess they would have already stamped it!! If you are coming to Canada on a study permit and your course is expected to start by Jan 2022 then they would stamp it. However; the final decision lies with IRCC and you will know it only once you receive your Passport!! Good luck girl.
You probably will get it stamped!! But let’s just wait for the Passport to be received. The assessor may surely know that your passport expiry is till may 2022, may be thats why you received PPR at first place. But as I said, the final decision is at the discretion of IRCC. If you have completed bio then you can mention yes/no. It doesn’t matter as the vfs will already have your bio info. They are asking the yes or no to know where you have completed your bio at which vfs!! Thats what I have been told when I contacted vfs by phone. 😇

Hello, Please make individual package for each applicant. The courier service person will collect them together. It is clearly mentioned that you have to fill webform for each person separately and all applicants should have individual A4 sized package. Hope this helps. Hello, Are you trying to track your processed passport? Did vfs tell you that it's on the way to your address? If it says that the passport has been sent back from ircc office, then it should reach to the vfs office and you can track once the vfs sends it back to you.

It says you can give a near by post code where pick up is available. So yes, you can give that address. If you are not present at the address then You have to fill the consent form to give permission for your relative to give your passport to the courier guy!! Hope this helps!! 😇🙏🏻
Congratulations for PPR. You have the ppr letter with your parcel right? Kindly include the following in the packages: 1.Print the attached forms, fill and sign them and include it in the applicants package. a.SMS/Courier return form(Fill this only if you have paid in advance for availing this service) b.Consent form from all adult applicants (18 plus) 2.Passport transmission letter for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for. 3.Only Current and Valid passport for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for. (((4.Do not send any additional document in your package like Biometric Instruction letter, Copy of Payment receipt etc.)))
Email them providing the ticket number you received after the submission of you passport. Hii, When you gave your medical exam, your height measurements where taken. If you remember that please mention that. Also your natural eye colour. If you dnt have your height measurements, simply take it on your own at home. If you are unable to take it on your own for some reason, please visit a nearby clinic. They may help. Hope this helps🙏🏻😇

Hii, Fill it as it is written on ur passport. If no last name, u have to put ur first name in the surname section and leave the first name blank and try it. I would suggest you to contact vfs via email.
Do not use initials. If you don’t have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. Do not enter “Not applicable,” “*” or “NA.” This quote is taken from CIC page!! So try with your given name in the surname section and leave the first name blank!! Good luck🙏🏻😇

If you have received an AWB for a non-serviceable address then you have to drop it to the nearby bluedart office and provide the AWB with the package. Make sure you call the bluedart office beforehand and let them know the purpose. But if you chose an address which is serviceable, then please wait for the courier man to come and get it from that address. 😇

Hello, you can submit the express entry application fee receipt which includes your RPRF fee. I have kept the same receipt while sending the package. They will accept it. Hope this helps..

Do I need to submit my COPR in the package- just for their reference?

Just one more clarification-
In the video you said that if the biometrics is done then we have to select the option as “NO”
Whereas everyone is saying that it should be “Yes” if the biometrics has been completed.
I was just confused as to what should I put for my wife as her’s biometrics is already completed.
If you have completed bio then you can mention yes/no. It doesn’t matter as the vfs will already have your bio info. They are asking the yes or no to know where you have completed your bio at which vfs!! Thats what I have been told when I contacted vfs by phone. 😇

Hello, Please make individual package for each applicant. The courier service person will collect them together. It is clearly mentioned that you have to fill webform for each person separately and all applicants should have individual A4 sized package.

Are you trying to track your processed passport? Did vfs tell you that it's on the way to your address? If it says that the passport has been sent back from ircc office, then it should reach to the vfs office and you can track once the vfs sends it back to you.

It says you can give a near by post code where pick up is available. So yes, you can give that address. If you are not present at the address then You have to fill the consent form to give permission for your relative to give your passport to the courier guy!! Hope this helps!! 😇🙏🏻

Kindly include the following in the packages:
1.Print the attached forms, fill and sign them and include it in the applicants package.
a.SMS/Courier return form(Fill this only if you have paid in advance for availing this service)
b.Consent form from all adult applicants (18 plus)
2.Passport transmission letter for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for.
3.Only Current and Valid passport for all applicants for whom service has been booked and paid for.
(((4.Do not send any additional document in your package like Biometric Instruction letter, Copy of Payment receipt etc.)))

When you gave your medical exam, your height measurements where taken. If you remember that please mention that. Also your natural eye colour. If you dnt have your height measurements, simply take it on your own at home. If you are unable to take it on your own for some reason, please visit a nearby clinic. They may help. Hope this helps🙏🏻😇

Hii, Fill it as it is written on ur passport. If no last name, u have to put ur first name in the surname section and leave the first name blank and try it. I would suggest you to contact vfs via email.

If you don’t have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. Do not enter “Not applicable,” “*” or “NA.”
This quote is taken from CIC page!! So try with your given name in the surname section and leave the first name blank!!

Hii, yes.. Aapko dobara webform bharna hoga. Fees bhi pay karna hoga. Same process dobara repeat kardena but dhyan se. Jab photo le, tho ekdum sahi dimensions jo batayagaya he us hisab se le.

Hii, please give your email id as you will be the one who can communicate with vfs in case you have to related to your passport pick up process. You can also give your husband’s id if accessible to you for further communication via email. @@veenanair727 if we are delivering the package to the nearest blue dart office and we want the passport to be delivered to another address, where do we have to specify it?
If you have received an AWB for a non-serviceable address then you have to drop it to the nearby bluedart office and provide the AWB with the package. Make sure you call the bluedart office beforehand and let them know the purpose.
But if you chose an address which is serviceable, then please wait for the courier man to come and get it from that address. 😇

@@ginugeorge6667 In our case it was non-serviceable address too, so we had to fill the address of the bluedart office where we had to drop off our package😇 So please fill out the address of the bluedart office where you are going to drop off the package.
