@@AN-re7viI’m getting one because I often use my knife around my 3yo daughter, and I don’t want a blade that is too stabby. I also find the way I end up using EDC knives, chipping or breaking the tip happens a lot. That shape should give a very strong and supported tip.

Now I want a tanto, single bevel 20* true chisel style edge, (I’m joking of course), keep the tip full thickness for a half inch or so, then just grind the spine of the blade on the beveled side at 45* degrees to take the hard edge off, (If you know the name Phill Harsfeild, his style, if not look him up), it takes friction off, especially in piercing. I’m lucky enough to have a Strongboy & a Kozuka I ordered from him in the last five or six years of his life, it was at the Solvang Knife Show when I worked at Nordic Knives, the owner put the show on annually. 60 of the best custom makers from around the world attended it, phill Hartsfield, & his son Phill Jr. among them. I have to believe he had an understanding of the amazing cutting performance of a true single bevel, they still amaze me by out cutting ANYTHING else I have used. I'm bummed... I ordered the black sendy for myself from knife center, along with their exclusive s35vn version of the baby banter for my girl... the bb is awesome and she loves it, but I wasn't so lucky with my sendy as it came with a bent blade... legit warped blade bent to the right... Not sure how that slipped by qc... I was looking forward to using it but unfortunately it'll have to go back and I'm on the fence about getting a replacement sent... that baby banter is sweet though, I might have to pick one of them up to keep in my arc bolder, it fits in it absolutely perfectly

I was commercial diver for 9 years in the Gulf of Mexico all I’ve ever used was Spyderco. Till I bought a baby banter. You got me back into knives. Love Your designs. Maybe? But no plans at the moment. I have to see how things sell in the market before expanding.
