These chutneys are not so great. No one can beat the chutney taste offered by Shree Idly corner, Veera pillai st, Commercial st, Bangalore. Offered with Soft tamil nadu styled idlis, red chutney is a great taste...yummy. ppl flock for chutney here..

Simply samayal may I ask you, the measurement of spoon you are referring to is it Table spoon or Tea spoon? Alot of videos including yours it is normally mentioned tea spoon but the quantity seems more than tea spoon. So which one are you referring to? The amount of rice flour your adding is not 1.5 teaspoon it looks more than 1.5 teaspoon. In most videos they are fond of saying tea spoon. You must understand that Tea spoon is smaller in size than a Table spoon.
