bringing it back! no kidding i am making shiitake bakin today! and haven't made it in over a decade since i last did it in my toaster oven with sesame oil and braggs. p.s. those are the biggest shiitakes ive ever seen. ecuatorially huge! and i love your assistant, what a jokester! miss you all!

@@5DLifestyles it was mixed. the first time i took it out of the oven it was perfect and i ate a bunch of the small ones and then put the big ones back in and burned them. its better to have uniform strips i know. p.s this is rachael middleton
