Woow, that's so interesting! I have a similar process of thinking (abstracts, images, words on writing, the way words feel). Suspect I'm autistic as well. I'm a hearing person who switches between languages a lot, fluent in 3. To me speaking second language is about mastering speech patterns and music (pauses, tones, intonations), and words just fall into their places. Sometimes, when I struggle I translate words in my head, flashcard style :D Thank you for making and sharing this video! 🍁
This popped up on my recommended page and I think it's pretty interesting to talk about! I'm not autistic or deaf and I only know English. I think in images, feelings, and words. I can hear words in my head, but I don't always think in words. A lot of the time, when I am thinking of something I will visualize it and experience feelings around it. I feel like I intuitively know what my emotions are and what they mean, but I sometimes have difficulty putting them into words. So, it's a bit of a mix for me.
It depends on exactly what you're looking for, if you want a simple safety line that clips to your clothes, you can just buy them online if you google 'hearing aid retention line'. Connevans sells EarGear which is a slightly fancier option, but very good if you have a more active lifestyle or for people who are less careful with their hearing aids or implants.
