they are all like that, I work in a garage that imports them and I am shocked each time to see that , even in a low price french car you don't found this kind of mistakes
The dashboard is actually protruding out, which is why it appears as such. Though I can't imagine what it would do to someone with OCD

My Ford Crown Vic isn't boring. I would say this thing is at least drivable. Probably not quite as good as my old Ford, but the interior alone is pretty entertaining. 🤣
