wow, i didnt know Shinobu introduced an AYCE option. I always loved the quality of their meats. Unfortunately, they don't have any kind of fish as part of the price or an extensive toppings selection like other AYCE does. I find that All That Shabu has the best variety overall

Shinobu Shabu isn't a new restaurant, but they used to be ala carte only. Now they offer ayce. They have the best meat quality and the most wagyu offerings. Toppings and cooked dishes aren't a lot of selection compared to the other spots. And it's not individual pots (but split pots). It's great for meat-heavy eaters. 😂
