Real Road Runner RM vin code! Fresh restoration with stylish looks, performance, and even the Meep Meep horn. The motor just received a performance build and it's hooked up to a 4-speed!
EXTERIOR: Exceptional paint and body. All the gaps line up correctly, the doors, trunk, and hood shut smoothly. The paint is like a piece of orange glass. It’s smooth, glossy, and has no cracking or shrinkage. The glass looks like new, and the trim has a mirror like finish. The bumpers look rechromed and new as well as the front end trim. It’s sitting proud on new 15 inch American Racing Torque Thrust wheels with Mickey Thompson radial tires, fatter in back.
INTERIOR: Nice fresh interior! The door panels look new as well as the hardware. The comfortable and classy folding bench seat has been recushioned and reupholstered as well as the rear seat. The padded dash fits nice and looks fresh. The gauges, knobs, and buttons are functional, and completed with a steering column tachometer, and Summit Racing auxiliary gauges. Arguably the best feature is the Hurst shifter and white ball knob for easy fun shifting through the gears. A nice EFI FITech controller with a screen is installed to monitor the cars performance.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Show car engine bay! We just paid for a new engine and installation! 383ci - 425HP built by Pake’s performance out of Janesville Wisconsin. OEM specs with hotter cam. FI-Tech fuel injection system with controller, 383 air cleaner, WEIAND aluminum intake, 4 barrel carb with CoolCarb plate. Nice, finned Holley valve covers complete the look. MSD ignition delivers the spark. Power steering makes life easier. Champion cooling aluminum radiator with complete shroud and fan. All the wiring is routed neatly and wrapped nicely.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk is painted gloss orange as well as the jamb. New weather stripping was installed. The entire inside of the trunk is also painted gloss orange and looks really well done. It comes complete with a trunk mat, and full size matching spare wheel and tire!
UNDERSIDE: Nice ground up restoration, Rust free! Rebuilt front suspension: bushings, ball joints, control arms and swaybar end links. New shocks in back. Front disc brake conversion, drums in back, e-brake is hooked up. Rebuilt/replaced rear suspension: leaf springs and shocks. New rear drum brakes. Gas tank looks new and is painted nicely. Has an inline electric fuel pump with new lines. Oe style dual exhaust, without Borla mufflers into rectangle chrome tips. Bottom of the motor is fresh. It has extra capacity oil pan and a high torque starter. Clean, period correct, 833 4-speed manual trans. Mopar 8 3/4 rear end. The floors and frame look rust free and solid. Nice satin black with chip guard coating.
SERVICE: We just spent $7,000 on this Road Runner! The new engine and install was several thousand dollars, we also fixed the headlights, speedometer, and adjusted the parking brake cables to function properly.
Rock solid restoration, that's waiting to be shown off. You won’t be able to restore one in this condition for the price we’re asking. All the hard work was done for you!

Non numbers matching and many changes from stock!

Road runners had a special Cam, distributer and carb that's not available now!
Along with a few other things , unique to the road runners!
To get the that kind of money it has to be all original, matching numbers, verified to not be a clone and low mileage!

RANDY , FYI THE 69 HAS A SQUARE RECTANGULAR INSET ON THE TRUNK LID , I HAVE SEEN SOME ROAD RUNNERS IN 68 ONLY THAT HAVE THE TRUNK STAINLESS PIECE IN THE MIDDLE , IF IT IS A BASE ROAD RUNNER IT WILL NOT HAVE IT , IF IT HAS A TRIM PACKAGE IT WILL BE ON THE CAR FROM THE FACTORY !!! I HAD A 68 SATELLITE THAT HAD ALL THE STAINLESS , THE CAR WAS MORE MONEY IN 68 BECAUSE OF THE TRIM PACKAGE PEACE ☮️!!!!
Nope. The 69 has all red centers tail lights Square stril on edges. 68 has centered square middel of lights. It is … 68!
The 69 lid has also indented section between tail lights. The 68 has flat section.
However on one note you Are correct, painted as mostly 69 would be..😊
IF you want to pose as a 68 satelite… you add a strip panel between the lights on the trunk…
