how did you make the gradient of the water reflection in order with the gradient of the water
Select all obejects, Object, compound path, make. Then apply your choice of gradient to use.
how you select all the water line by clicking just on 1 line ??? please also write the shortcut you are using
Water lines are selected just by one click because I have grouped them.

What is make clipping mask?
Clipping mask you can do it by holding Ctrl and then press 7.

@@harshavardhanj2970 purpose of clipping mask is to hide the unwanted portion of artwork or image and just make visible the portion of artwork or image in a shape you want.
Have a look on any company brochure or website you will find oval, round or square shaped images, these are all clipped masked.
