I'm super proud of this episode. I know people felt Tiwa was getting annoying but it was important to show that grief takes time..and we need to allow people grieve at their own pace. NC GREY Nicely said! This is the truth. As a person who is currently dealing with grief and loss, I kept telling people that grief is irrational. You cannot put a time limit on it. You just have to let it run it’s course. Healing is a process. I’m so glad that Ndani showed it.
This episode took me back to when i had a miscarriage 7years ago. Everyone expected me to be strong, treated it as if i was having a painful period. I just bottled it somewhere in my heart oh how i cried during this episode. I feel like i finally grieved my unborn baby. Miscarriage is not easy thank you for shedding light on it.
We really need to always check on those friends that are always happy and do not share their pains. Sometimes beyond those smiles are indoor tears. Didi is really a strong person, Ndani played with my emotions today o.

When you meet someone that doesn't want to share their pain, just be a shoulder to lean on and be a support system without being a pity party after a while if they are comfortable to discuss it they will but even if they never talk about it or share it, you been a support system will let's them heal.

This episode took me back to when i had a miscarriage 7years ago. Everyone expected me to be strong, treated it as if i was having a painful period. I just bottled it somewhere in my heart oh how i cried during this episode. I feel like i finally grieved my unborn baby. Miscarriage is not easy thank you for shedding light on it.
