The mistake we make in/after relationships; we don’t take time to heal and do some self assessments. We instead look for the next hotter person to make our previous partner jealous or use the new person to forget about them. I don't understand why people rush into another relationship after a breakup. Like take time to heal, get to know yourself again, you became an item with someone and so have dual personality (if there's anything like that), you have to find you again.
