CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO INGREDIENTS:
2 6oz Chicken Breast, pounded evenly but not too thin
1 Tbsp of Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Sprinkle of Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups of Heavy Cream
4oz of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup of Grated Parm

As an Italian, I thank you for reiterating that this pasta does not exist in Italy.
Even chicken with pasta is unthinkable in Italy.
Genuinely curious, is there a reason Italian pastas exclude chicken specifically of all the proteins?
@@soshi-805 I don't know if there is a particular reason, but chicken meat is not eaten with any type of pasta. Just thinking about it seems disgusting to us.

Just made this but doubled the recipe. It was VERY good. I also added broccoli into it.
My only complaint that I had was that the sauce was almost TOO thick. I added a few splashes of pasta water which helped.

😢Forgot to press send yesterday. So here goes - in one word "decadent"! When you described the "ribbons" of pasta with the cheese-infused sauce cascading down the fork, I want to "slap" me. Another one for the books oh! masterful food guru!🙃
I always add a bit of flour to make a roux so it doesn't become a greasy mess when its reheated or it sits. The acid and protein in the milk and cream doesn't mix like water and oil the starch from the flour helps emulsify the sauce to stabilize it and keep it creamy so it the cream and butter doesn't separate
A very nice recipe but you always burn your mouth with hot food 🔥 we all know it's so good you can't help yourself 🤣
