I'd recommend taking a look at the documentation for the video player plugin, I believe there might be an option to setup a listener function as to when the video has been loaded and then afterwards you can play the video programmatically.
How to get dirct link(.mp4) of ur video If it's stored in cloud
You'll have to read the documentation for the cloud provider you use. This is not something this package can help with.

Hi, you need to constraint the size of video player widget by putting it within a sized box. Most probably this will fix your issue.

Yes I believe the video player supports the ability to increase/decrease the volume. I'd recommend taking a look at the documentation of the package to learn more about it's capabilities.
