We might be hanging in trees in backyards, but our optics are beyond important to us. We need to not only identify deer right away, but also make sure that after the shot, they've dropped asap! Thanks for the video Taylor. I was wondering what broadheads you use urban hunting with that TenPoint Crossbow and when you are hunting with your compound. I’m assuming that accuracy plays a big part to bringing those deer down quickly, but it would seem the broadhead would make a big difference as well to keep them from running onto other properties in that small area.
My vision is bad. I can't use iron sight on any of my guns, I need optics. Crossbow was an easy choice for me for archery.
The exact same arguments took place in the early 70’s when compounds came into being, literally the same arguments! It’s not traditional,too much of an advantage. Let’s not forget making fun of compounds as well saying we are using training wheels. This all will pass and in a few years crossbows will dominate! I can’t wait.

If u don't have time to practice crossbows are great not to mention you still have to get danger close .. no one is shooting a crossbow beyond 40 yrds
There's a guy on UA-cam here that has shot several deer and hogs with his crossbow at 100yds and beyond.

That's funny I had someone thought I was using a rifle on a 9 point I killed and post on Facebook and dude said using a rifle isn't a sports lol I used a crossbow I'm using 430fps viking experience and love crossbow I can't shoot a compound bow cause of my shoulder
Do you use the bridge as a rest? Also what about the limbs and shooting out of a saddle?

What’s the second knot on the tether a few inches down from the knot holding the carabiner?
@secondhorseman It looks like a double overhand knot. It’s common for saddle hunters to tie this with their “tail” or “tag end” of their rope as extra security to keep it from slipping through their main anchor knot.

Yeah, unless someone one is honing a stick into a bow, weaving their own string, and making their own arrows and broadheads, I find the arguments against crossbows as silly.
Can someone, ANYONE please tell first lite to please make the CATALYST FOUNDRY PANT in the specter color. There are no insulated plants or fleece pants in the specter color. Not everybody was to wear bud overhauls. The CATALYST FOUNDRY PANTS are awesome saddle hunting pants do to have knee pads plus they are fleece lined so you can layer under them. Every piece of first lite is specter except my CATALYST FOUNDRY PANTS. Come on First Lite make some good whitetail hunting pants.

No, actually, sir, I don't get it cause if you're not breaking any laws. And you're not hurting anybody, it shouldn't make Any different, I don't know where they get the idea that a crossword is not traditional archery A compound bow It's not traditional, it's not a long bowl or a recurve, but if you're not hurting anybody. And you're not breaking the law Because I am a truck driver and I'm not able to practice with a compound or a recurve or a longbow so I actually love crossbows and i'd love to hunt with them in Archery season I'm not breaking any laws. I'm not hurting anybody. So I think people ought to just mind their own business and let people use. What is legal in their state?
