    hey thanks for the tutorial,
    i have a question. how can i add the knowledge questionnaire to my custom chatbot? for some reason when i ask the question in dialogflow it answers but when i do it in my chatbot it just gives me a default fallback intent. what can i do in this situation?

      I think you can use an API. As with FB messenger, I believe you can just hook it up to your Google cloud account. But you might need Google Cloud account to do this.

      Hi Halkawt! I actually know a bit about the answer to that. WhatsApp is a bit more censored and you’ll actually need to meet certain requirements in order to launch your chatbot on WhatsApp.

    I followed everything until 2:21 where for me, I get an error right after I hit the Create button for Create New Document. Perhaps my csv file is faulty? It's really odd

      Yes it's Natural Language Processing, so it takes time for Google to ingest the data and learn from it

      Be patient. The data loaded after a few hours or so. Check on it periodically. It'll upload :)

      Are you using the Google Sheet template we provide in the written tutorial? If so make sure you export the document as a CSV format and if there are any instructional tool tips on top of the data in the template, make sure to remove those first before exporting.

      That's true - The Knowledge Base only supports English. YOu can use Dialogflow Intents which supports many languages
