    I think, now "Search & Conversations" had been renamed as "Agent Builder". It took me for some time to figure this out.

    when you did the test phone call at the end, and it said "I think you will find this link helpful," did it actually text you a link to your phone? that would be cool. Appreciate all the Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI content, looking forward to more

    What an incredible video! Thank you. So glad I came across your channel. I've been watching tutorials on chat bots for a while but this is one of the best! One question I have is if there's functionality to introduce a decision block in the opening message. For example: if it was a car dealership bot, could the opening message say "Can I help you with "New Car Sales" or "Used Car Sales",(The two options being separate buttons) allowing the user to select either of them which would direct the conversation? So if the user selected the button "New Car Sales", the bot would then proceed to ask questions in that direction. I think that would help when a company has a wide range of services.

    great video. Now i can generate the chatbot and it is working fine in the dialogflow console. But when is insert this code into a local simple html page, the ui part is working but when i enter something and submit the query the response symbol is working for sometimes and disappear and as result only my messages are displayed in the chatbot.

    I have created a Data Store linking to my website, so that the bot would read my website and respond to any questions from the users with information from the website. The process of creating, indexing and linking the data store to the app have all been successful.
    Whenever I use the "Test Agent" function of Dialogflow, however, the bot gives me either no answer at all or "I don't understand, please rephrase the question".
    Any idea of what might be going on and how to fix it?

    could you make a new video on vertex ai within dialogflow cx? I noticed what used to be called generative agent/playbooks, google has renamed/changed parts of the documentation to other names like "agent apps" "chat apps (data store agents)" etc.

    Thanks for this awesome video. I tried adding our internal confluence page and it has been indexed, but the Data size showing as 0 Bytes, and while querying on some confluence contents the agent is not able to respond and not aware of, which means its not trained yet. What is that i've missed in this process? pls help.

    Hi, Thanks again for the usefu video on Vertex AI Conversation. Do you have any examples of how to make use of Bigquery Datastore? I tried pdf from GCS and its responding the same content in chat. But don't know how to query the table using bigquery datastore. Could you help on this pls?

      Hi you need to create search app for bigquery datastore. As per my understanding, Chat app supports only website and pdf contents

    I followed everything to script, the website has been fully indexed and associated as the data bucket for the agent.
    However, no matter what I ask in the Test Agent function, I get the response: "I'm not sure what you mean. Can you rephrase your question?".
    Did anybody else encounter the same problem?

    Thanks for the awesome and useful videos. I am creating dialogflow chatbot which connects with BigQuery finops tables and fetches billing informations.But as per our org policy, cloudfunctions have the ingress settings 'only internal' , which inturn does not provide any response and getting the Webhook call failed. Error: NOT_FOUND, State: URL_ERROR, Reason: ERROR_NOT_FOUND, HTTP status code: 404 error. Is there any solution to connect dialogflow with cloudfunction when ingress setting is internal only?

    can you build a conversational bot from all this, a bot that is following a certain script and used a knowlege base? And how would you do it? as I have a project that needs this set up.

      You can certainly do that. This video and future videos will already walk you through building based on knowledge base. You can also refer to my old tutorials on how you can define a certain script for a conversation bot as well. You can definitely combine both.
