Hi when i click on download they tell me that the installation directory must be on the local hard drive. How do I fix it?

after re installing i looked up a vid and and the end it says to restart their computer when it doesn't for me i still do though and whenever i launch it starts saying extracting then says install and i click it and keeps doing the same thing over and over how do i fix?
