Wow, this is absolutely stunning… the combination of minimal piano and strings with the **Digitakt Mk2** is pure magic. The way the sounds are layered is so delicate and intentional, creating a beautiful sense of space. Each note feels like it’s exactly where it needs to be… subtle, yet so emotionally powerful. It’s minimalism at its finest, and I’m blown away by how everything just flows together. Spectacular work!
I used 5 (I think) piano samples and from them got a mixture of single notes, short phrases and chords. Then it's just layering which is when you see several tracks light up. Hope that makes sense!
@@sadlantisit’s beautiful, it can go in so many directions, add a low frequency kick and a distant LFO’d rim shot with reverb … or not , I can listen to it like this all day and be happy in my solitude.
Wow, really beautiful.
Thanks!
That's so lovely. Like others I'd love to know the process behind this.

You’re always bringing something beautiful. Keep going!
I try my best! Thank you
Another great track. Kudos as always.
Thanks for listening!
Could you tell us a little bit about your process? I'm very curious
@@sadlantis are they your own samples or do you buy them?
So far all the samples I've used I have bought but I definitely want to start making my own samples in the near future.
Truly lovely. I was waiting for someone to post something that could put a child to sleep. LOL Perfect. Where did you get the samples?
Ha thanks. I was impressed with how restrained I managed to keep it (for me, anyway).
Samples are just ones I found browsing on Splice.
Are all of these piano notes sequenced from single key samples? Just curious, this sounds beautiful and I notice several tracks lighting up!

@@sadlantis Yeah for sure! Very cool, don't see a lot of people making music like this on the Digitakt, keep it up!
thanks! yeah, I'm not sure why - it's a sampler - you can do anything!
sweet lo-fi
Thanks. I hadn't thought of it as lo-fi to be honest.
