for Thanos to snap his fingers, there must be more units on the battlefield. while not the fact that it will work at all because he can snap his fingers and kill only the body of Saitama, but the script that does not allow Saitama to die will simply make him invisible.
The yellow effect is from the mind stone and it turns them against their own team

Kro if you want Thanos to snap saitama there needs to be more units because Thanos snaps half of the battlefield
The skeleton which shoots lasers is called a gaster blaster
the snap only works when there's a lot of people not just one so you see saitama is not immune to it
Actually Thanos only snap when there are more than 1 unit in enemy team, He also snap if enemy team has catapult or....

Hey kro Thanos only snaps if there are more than 1 unit also the reality stone was the red blast and the power stone was the purple beam and when the turned yellow they were being mind controlled by the mind stone
Ps that was movie Thanos and he never used the soul stone but you could argue that was the key reason the snap worked

Kro I think Thanos snaps only half of the enemy's like in the movie
Thanos Attack:
Beam - Power Stone (Summon a purple beam)
Meteor - Space Stone (Summon bunch of meteors)
Explosion - Reality Stone (Summon a red explosion near Thanos)
Yellow Aura - Soul Stone (Summon a yellow aura to force enemy attack their enemy member or away from Thanos)
Green Particle - Time Stone (Stop enemy for a short amount of time)
Snap - Mind Stone (Make enemy turn into dust)
Note: I might be wrong on some of them

One punch man is not immune to the snap because thanos snap wipes away half the universe, but there was not to units to snap.
so basically if you had a another unit saitama could have been snapped

I just watched a video if you put thanos in the end of the map he turns you into a bat and I saw it he can turn dark present and one punch man into a bat if you put him at the end of the map he can easily turn one punch man and dark present into bat
