- So welcome to Day 2 of the Café racer build. Today we are going to clean up the engine (the part I don't have to fix) and get a get a bit of a start on the frame (not much but bit). If you like the bike build thing By all means subscribe I will most likely be doing more even after this ones completion. I have a few to work with. I'm not sure why you think that watching you pressure wash a motorcycle and its motor is valuable content.
That turned out really nice! No shortage of areas to clean on those engines. Lol

Looks really good! I’ve heard those KZs are fast bikes.
Stock then top end of the KZ650 was around 120mph. I'd call that pretty fast LOL.
Did you replace any seals in the motor?
Hey Cy....I bought the high temp paint. fine print says ya got to bake it. Oh well. Is that a Harbor Freight hydraulic table?
Harbor freight motorcycle jack. I just put a piece of plywood on it so I could set the motor on it. Wouldn't worry about whether or not you bake high temp paint. It will be baked the first time the bike runs.
