How to Crochet Play Food - Donuts - Part 1

Hi everyone! In this video, I show you how to crochet a donut that you can later decorate however you like. It’s a small but fun and easy project to do and makes for a great gift for kids. Happy crocheting!
You will need:
- 3.5mm crochet hook / US E/4 / UK 9
- 1x 8 ply / US 3 / UK DK Any pastry coloured yarn (light or golden brown)
- 1x 8 ply / US 3 / UK DK Colour of your choice
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
- Toy stuffing
- Stitch marker (optional)

Instead of stitch marker we can use tiny safety pin :) that's what I did. It comes out super cute peeps :D

How do you make the donut drizzle?

I used a small amount of yarn and glued it (with fabric glue) onto the donut.

I'd say it's a pretty standard worsted weight yarn you can find at many craft stores... ya know, the cheap 90 cent ones xD

If you click on the 3 dots at the top of the video it will allow you to choose the speed. That way you can play it slowly
