First procedure was a long recovery 9-12 months and was on crutches for at least 2 weeks. Second one was 3 months ago and I was already off crutches the next day with little to no muscle loss. As your leg muscles atrophy a lot and my knee was never 👎the same.

Apparently according to the latest research you can but you would have to get an assessment to confirm.
