I have been watching several recipes for this dish, and this one seems the best one. Will make this for the xmas party today. To make it easier, l will just buy a boneless thigh and not boil the bones instead. I can always buy chicken stock and add it if needed, but I usually just add a little bit of water, and it's still came out great.
I’ve tried making this dish about 1000x following all sorts of recipes, this has got to be by far the best one. Although I still can’t replicate the taste if buying from a restaurant, I am using Mae Ploy red paste and I have used all authentic ingredients, even tried using MSG. Any help?
So the thing I wasn't doing was cooking up the coconut milk and red curry until i saw the oil. Also, i didn't pour over a spoon of rice at qt time to also get the full flavor. That fish sauce is crucial as well. THANKS!!
Thank you so much for bringing delicious food recipes. The way you present it is also very nice. I think your daughters are with you at the end of video. Beautiful. Love to all. May you continue the channel.👍❤️
I appreciate when people use everything and don't waste. Thai curry is a serious addiction.
That is one of the best red curry recipe I've seen. There's so many bad recipes out there but yours is very, very close.

What is the liquid that you pour in it, the clear liquid?
It's the chicken broth she prepared at the beginning :-)
Good recipe 👍💗

definitely needs 2TBS of paste
It needs to be Spicy???Real Thai people. Eat spicy
Thai is not an Indian Curry so they are not "hot" but still enough punch to be flavourful.
Yall fake because Thai will cook the skin of chicken too
