    Ahh this is so much more therapeutic than kettlebell swings. This feels amazing on my hips and back. Thank you!!

    There are some great cues in here for movements that are part of several GMB programs that I already own. I wish there was a way for GMB to migrate these additional cues back into the paid program videos also, so that I wouldn't have to watch other videos such as here on YT to learn and benefit from them.

      Those cues are in the programs. 👍

      @@gmbfit Let me share a specific example, please: the cue at 1:08 in the video to rotate the elbow pits outward (which itself has a closeup video spotlight!) is not in the GMB Elements 3-Point bridge video. I just watched my Elements program again to confirm. I will adopt this cue into my practice because I think it is great and will really help me with the movement. But I do wish the videos in Elements would be refreshed with content that I find on outside free platforms. I feel like I've been watching the same videos in Elements for years now for movements that get newer videos in other places like YT. Thanks for listening.

      @@oneslymike There are literally millions of possible cues that are not included in the program, because the tutorials would be hours long. The *most important* cues are there, so the videos don't need refreshing, because they are well-balanced as they are. Adding too many details actually distracts and slows learning. We've studied our data on longer/shorter and more/less detail from millions of client sessions.

    Ryan, what are the advantages of this over a "full" bridge?

    • @gmbfit
      @gmbfit  2 місяці тому

      The main one is that most people can't do a full bridge. More on why bridges usually aren't worth it here: gmb.io/bridge/

    What's the floor material / tiles used in the main room?

    I can do this on left arm no problem but struggle with right arm due to an ancient elbow injury which really weakens the arm. I can't straighten that arm at all. Even the lounge chair is difficult. Any tips?

      Sounds like you two need to use the 3-pt bridge! Also, here's another vid that will help you out. 😀 ua-cam.com/video/gYjHUqi_jgw/v-deo.htmlsi=ljoL8Q4_s9HndsTY
