I've noticed that STBlackST is one of, if not the only gmod video makers to put little mini-games/boss fights in his videos, like this one, and in the unusual troubles trilogy (soon to be a four parter though hopefully)
For those who don't understand, The engineer had found out that the blu spy was posing as the soldier in space and planning to blow up the red medics toilet base. He set a trap of a narcotic induced sandvich to make heavy pilot the rocket. The red heavy took the bait and believed he was dead, but the engineer had just put him on the rocket. After eating cake with the bucket spy, the engineer set the 16 second wait missile with the broken countdown that he built and set the heavy into space, instructing him into kill the soldier. The heavy finds the soldiers space base and engages him in combat, eventually ramming the starboard side of the ship. Waking up on the return trip, they pass the Death Star on the annual conga festival, the red heavy slaps the soldier only to find its the blu spy. Using his spicicle, the spy immobilises heavy and attempts to escape by parachute from orbit, but is shot down by the engineers sentry. Using his dead ringer, the spy survives and fakes his death.
Moving on, The blu spy puts the engineer at gunpoint and shoots him, only to find its a dummy with a recorded message. The chicken selling scout comes to warn the red medic about the spy, only to be rudely denied. The heavy recovers from his frigid state and crash lands by the two. After the medic congratulates heavy on being alive, the heavy summons the bucket spy, but the blu spy attempts to ambush them, but luckily the engineer renders the enemy spy unconscious with a crate of salted meat, while flying on his dispense-eporter machine. The engineer proceeds to strap the spy to another rocket, and send him into deep space. However, on the way the rocket hits the death in its weak spot, destroying the space station and the spy. However, Darth Vader survives and attempts to capture the medics toilet base, but the medic refuses.

Well, that's a self-contradicting thought. Because in live game spy can't shoot rocket launcher and therefore can't undisguise himself by doing that. Let's just say that this is a fictional video and not limited to the game mechanics/rules. edit: edited "SFM" -> "fictional"
Well, I think the key thing here is the rocket spy was on. It was cluttered with things. Also notice the computer's choice of words "Your crap is under attack!" which seems to imply it was more about what he had. It might all be about that red dispenser he had in the background.
