I did the same mod on my gamo springer and then thought trigger mechanism looks the same as on my gamo boxer, did screw mod to that and now has a quite nice 2 stage trigger instead of single stage
Dought you read these any more I hv a older Gammo bone collector bull whisker IGT trigger trying to get it to 3lbs. It can’t, also want to disassemble it and clean it bern 8 years since it has been cleaned. Don’t shoot it but getting into eliminating squirrels and dining want to buy another gun that will cost me over 300.00. Figured I could clean this one up it still works great I bought a vortex scope very nice scope, just don’t know how to disassemble it and deep clean. I read do not oil internal parts. I can’t find a tear down video on my gun anywhere I guess I’ll just go in blind take my chance. Abs if nothing else I’ll go buy another gun swarm 10x sniper I guess he’ll I don’t know
I would try Hawke. They say that all thier rifle scopes are rated for springers, so that's a good place to start. I would go for a mildot reticle with adjustable objective lens at the front. Also single mounts are better for stability. Some will come with mounts, while other scopes will need to buy the mounts seperately, so that also comes into price.
Great times keep up the great work
My bsa lightning was doing 8flb that went back to the shop who returned to bsa. Came back bang on power 11.1 and so consistent

No bad accuracy at all , I'm expecting descent results at the range .. , 10p groups @ 30mtrs ?
Another interesting video mark 👍🏻
Get in contact with Welsh Willy and he'll do a spring kit for it, no more issues.
Know nothing about rams, but, could you put a washer between end block and ram to increase preload like with a springer??
I did consider this, but not sure if it would work. The pressure to compress the gas ram seems a lot harder than on a springer.
