I'm drunk, I just bought "The Number of the beast" on my iPhone. Thank you for being a staple of all that is nostalgic. Thank you for sharing your past and contributing to remembering our own. Thank you for your time, and your persistence... thank you for your stalwart stance on what is true to you. You are truly a blessing to all of us. It would be criminal for you not to be doing what you are doing. I'm rambling drunk. Just keep doing what you do, and never give up. This world needs you and what you do.
I don't think my childhood was something to be scoffed at, was many great times of mischief and bants. But hearing stuff like this makes me wish I grew up in New York
NICE BROTHER IM A BIG OLD SCHOOL ROCKER TOO LOVE THE MOTORHEAD !!!!! TOO BAD YA DID NOT HAVE A RIOT PATCH MY FAV BAND FROM NYC !!!!VERY COOL LOVE THE JACKET ROCK ON MY FRIEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grade 4 was when I had my first jean jacket too, we didn't call them battle jackets either. I had the Aces High patch on the back... my mom sewed it for me. Bless her soul.
The last NYC shows the Ramones did was late February of 1996 at Coney Island High Jesse. I worked those shows and filmed it, it's on UA-cam too. I do remember Johnny Ramone having his typical grumpy asshole attitude with everyone those 2 nights while the resf of the band was really chill and humble. Great shows and if it wasn't for Marky letting me use his camera those shows never would have been shown to the public years later.
Ha that’s awesome I still have mine too. I had an 85 T-bird loved that car had a patch for on my jacket also same with the iron cross patch. Most my band patches we’re nineties grunge bands ha mine fits a bit tight too.
That free space in the right arm is going to be perfect for BitHead2000 to put some Justin Bieber's patches eheeh Man, it totally fits you this day! I would wear it in a concert.

Prisoner of war- Missing in action AKA the POW-MIA is a American flag designed as a symbol of citizen concern about United States military personnel taken as prisoners of war (POWs) or listed as missing in action (MIA). The POW/MIA flag was created by the National League of Families and officially recognized by the Congress in conjunction with the Vietnam War POW/MIA issue, "as the symbol of our Nation's concern and commitment to resolving as fully as possible the fates of Americans still prisoner, missing and unaccounted for in Southeast Asia, thus ending the uncertainty for their families and the Nation." POW/MIA flags can be commonly found in public parks ,highways, military bases.any where the public is the meaning behind the POW-MIA patch . loved your battle jacket. i have a WASP (womens airforce service pilots) patch coming in soon . hopefully when it does i will sew it onto my new battlevest
