North Star of Nija ...live studio
Niklas has one of my favorite growls and the production (done by the singer / guitarist) of Orbit Culture is my favorite of all new bands. Love that Orbit Culture mixes older metal with new elements. About the story in the video: You could get snippets of lyrics of the new EP (coming out on 24 september) in the summersale. We collected them in the Orbit Culture discord. A lot of lyrics have a sea / ship metaphor in them. The lyrics are about struggles of humans.
Welcome to the orbit! 🤘🏻 This bands discography is top tier all the way through. The first song I heard by them was Saw, Redfog is another great song…just to get you guys going. 😉

OC generally is described as a Gojira-Metallica baby. There's not much Metallica in this song, but you can hear it in their earlier discography.
Glad it ticked every box that you like in metal(core). Check out Orbit Culture - 'North star of Nija' (live in the studio) of their album Nija. One of the best albums of 2020. In the revolver magazine article singer / guitarist / producer Niklas said that this song is about drinking too much during these times.

First off, stoked as i found an Aussie reaction channel and secondly you guys just popped your OC cherry!
This song has a different vibe to most of their previous work and i would whisper that this is probably their catchiest song and even then its metal as fuck like you guys heard.
Niklas the lead singer is a massive James Hetfield fan. I won't give away anything more then that since "Open Eye" will show you why this band has been referred to as Metallica swallows Gojira and evolves into Orbit Culture.
Niklas not only writes all the music but producers everything as well. They only signed with Seek & Strike since they gave them full creative control so what you are hearing is what Niklas and the band wanted you to hear. No outside help what so ever.
Every song of their 3rd album Nija is undiscovered gold.
I would react to a few tracks off their previous EP Redfog like "Saw" and "See Through Me" then hit up Nija for some "Open Eye", "North Star of Nija", "Behold" and the trilogy "Nensha", "Rebirth" and "The Shadowing"

Orbit Culture are sick. If you listen to their previous stuff you'd hear a lot more of their influences. His even cleaner vocals are totally James Hetfield (his idol), the band is generally a mix of Metallica and Gojira. Open Eye would be a good second intro, it's a good time.
I also come with my first request! A band that's a little on the heavier side from the Czech Republic called Abbie Falls - No One's Below. Apologies if you boys are already aware of them \m/

Of course guns are irrelevant.. until it comes to defending your home, your property, and your family. The bad guys are always going to have them no matter the laws so why not have the ability to defend yourself and your family? Bad/crazy people are going to do bad/crazy things no matter what the laws are. As of the US, law abiding citizens own more firearms than the majority of the world so.. to me it sounds like self preservation when you think about the big picture.
Ok… we don’t have the “bad guy” issue in Australia.
@@nathandjohnny that's a good thing.. but big picture if a bad guy is knocking on your country's door (Ukraine/Russia) would you rather have had the ability to have armed yourselve's prior, or depend on the government to eventually issue you a firearm to protect yourself and your family? I think that's more the basis of our laws given how our country was formed to begin with... and they do have their negatives I will agree but an armed people I believe is necessary for majority survival and over all threat deterrence at all levels from home invasion to country invasion. Please don't think I dislike you guys or am trying to argue I think we're all grown here and can have a difference of opionions. Also I was drunk commenting but never the less offering mine. I don't even know how I ended up on this song but I did 😂 Much love fellas🤙
Personally I think this is one of their weaker releases so that should give you an idea of how much good metal this band has given us already
