Drums (with this ugly primitive beat) are too prominent (in front of) in the sound, they ruin this performance a lot. And yes, vocals are not clean, but this seems to be a singing problem, not audio mixing problem.
The song itself is good, the synths are godly but HOW he got through with SO WEAK vocals will remain a mystery

Vocals are like amateur. Song is good, but he cant really sing live.

Instrumental is nice breezy new wave retro, I like everything but Peter🥲Those vocals are below mediocre.
