The fact that 5miinust Puuluup & Ollie were picked by jury and were fan favourites, and televote also chose Peter Poder & Anet Vaikmaa, means that Cecilia was, as maximum, 5th in televote. Is it real? I knew it could happen, because odds gave her around 55% chances to qualify, but I thought it was because of the jury, not the tele!! It blows my mind this not even reached the Final, tbh.
@LucaGarzeli this song would have been a great addition to the Final, but there were the AQ's as well, mostly ballads. At least Peter Põder's and Anet Vaikmaa's songs are in Estonian, and as an Estonian, I can appreciate that.

Well, I called it. To be honest, Cecilia did a good work: I loved the song but before the live I thought it would have crashed and burn. It never happened, so her performance was not bad at all and I still like the song. Unfortunately this kind of song demands a flawless performance, something incredible, to be successful. They are really big hit or big miss: in this case, the song lacked that special "oomph" factor to put it through.
I already expected her not to qualify simply because my favourite never does well in Eesti Laul, but I'm still disappointed 😭 this performance was pretty good

I couldn't agree more. This semifinal alone was just too good while half of the final spots were already taken by all the basic and forgettable automatic qualifiers
The vocals (especially in verses) are too weak, too silent. The background beat tends to beat over it. And this background music is very primitive synthetical, typical. Staging and camerawork is OK, except one Steadicam man who runs in front of the screen at 2:34 moment. But I love the overally kept red-color theme.

It would have been quite ironic if Ewert would have missed notes - he has been performing over 10 years already. For such a band to take a part in this contest I would have expected something more special considering their past songs which have had more interesting melody or message.
