Inwant to move there this year but need to figure out numbers to be able to sell current home in port saint Lucie! I have solar and dont know how that will help or hurt resale
@mikes6982 thinking of offering paid off with full price offer. Their light bill would be literally 40 bucks a month! But I still gotta figure out math on it.
Me encanto el recorrido !mas que hermoso gracias.
de nada
Thank you for taking us with you driving. Very nice, it looks very nice & peaceful. With time, I am sure they will put up lights. 😊
You're welcome
Lot sizes here are exceptionally generous.
Yes! There is space for kids and dogs to play in the yard!
Is there any grocery store shopping malls close by
Yes, there are. There are convenient stores within the complex. Just outside the complex, you will find other stores close by.

What type of solar do you have
@@sonofjacob5131 a company called pes solar
They should have street light the way these people are drive these days
I agree, it gets pretty dark there. Some intersections need a stop light instead of a stop sign.
Yeah, you should have to have a helmet on too when you drive your car and 15 more seatbelts wrapped around your neck and everywhere else on your body

In the development are there store close by
Yes, there are stores close by. Publix Supermarket is not too far from there either.
Is there any street lights ?
Very dark at night throughout. Spooky type darkness
@RoyDemeosBrother even the community's are all like that or some have lights?
@@mikes6982 Very dark everywhere.
Some Community has street lights. My Community like the darkness, it keeps people away.
@@aroundocala3885 I'm from ny it's hard to trust people here with no lights, but I know different areas and states it can vary
Is $50,000 a good asking price for a .29 acre lot in the sw 70's & 484 in Ocala ?
No that’s to much for 35k you can find a acre here
I don’t know why they bulldoze these lots and remove every tree.
Very misleading. Drive through the old section or down MO Blvd....
That is the most boring subdivision ever. Cookie cutter houses. Plain Jane.
Marion Oaks appeal was the price for housing and vacant lots.
