Looking great Danny, your eyes are superb, I will be trying your method to make some in the future.Thank you for taking the time to make these videos 👍
Thanks for sharing Josh's critique. It means a lot that you did. I picked up that I need to improve my seems as well. I put a lot of splits in my fins. I like a fish that has been through a lot so that was nice to hear that he mentions the splitting in fins.
I was looking forward to this project since last year when I got the certificate. I learned a lot from this course. I'll defiantly be taking his next fish course may even take a bird course at some point. Id love to go do one in person at is studio
Looking Good my friend, Thanks for Sharing the critique from Josh. I"m going to check out some of his classes for sure. Thanks again for taking the time to make these videos I've learned a lot from your videos!
Danny - great stuff as always. I have been busy on other stuff and not working on projects but your videos got the juices flowing. Can you provide more detail/info on how your are doing the lateral line on this fish? I have carved a vertical line, did one one in relief, and have painted them on and am never very happy with how they turned out. I would love to see your approach.
I touch on a little. I’ve decided it’s easier to carve the scales on the line the length of the fish the lateral line will go on. I’ll try to remember, I’m getting ready tip the scales in part 5 I’ll try to do a quick demonstration. Sometimes I get in a groove and forget to hit record😖 If you send me an email I can try to do a quick short video on my phone I can send you.
