- This video is a walkthrough guide for the Lucy chapter also known as Chapter 1 for the horror video game Visage. Along with the full chapter I'll also be getting all of the Matryoshka Dolls that are collectibles for the chapter. Ice been looking for an over the top twisted horror game where you arnt armed I liked your vids better than some there so scared even after a death the take 2 hours to beat this demo trying to walk diagonal backwards so they don't see the spirits on pc you say what's on now ?
I had to watch this to figure out why ive been stuck for 3 hours, guess I made a big goof by grabbing the key off the key hooks near the front door...spent hours looking at everything, picking up everything, wondering why on earth I cant progress...im guessing thats why?!

How is someone meant to figure this shit out??! Pretty crazy when there's like no direction. I walked around for an hour the first time I played this the other night not knowing what the hell to do

That is the point. It's a psychological horror game. You wander the house and hope to survive. Trial and error my friend. It did say at the beginning "Visage is hard. Patience, thorough investigation and good resource management are your best friends".
@@UncalmChaos there’s being difficult and clever, but this is flat out hindering advancement through the story for no reason other than replaying the same situation over and over until you find something through blind luck…
In the latest version of the game, you don't need to open the middle door for the plank. It is actually blocked, and there is a back hallway near where you get the plank that goes around the obstacle where you place the plank over the hole.

Great walthroughs! Just a heads up if you're playing the newest version of the game. You can be killed by a dark entity between chapters if your sanity goes too low and/or you stay in the dark too long.

Thanks man. There seems to be a severe lack of decent guides for this game. Especially guides where the maker actually talks to you. I only use guides when I have to, and it's taken me 15 hours to do 1st 2 levels,(did Delores first) so it's great to find a good descriptive guide like this.

So I decided to stream the last of this game tonight and when I opened my game discovered all my save had been deleted by the update. So I had to speed run this as quickly as I could, this walkthrough was perfect thank you hah

The game is pretty complex if you don’t have an idea of what to do next… while being chased down by some wall melted freak. Lol
Man playing this on a console is so much harder. Getting things to and from the inventory is so cumbersome especially when you’re being pursued. Thanks for the walkthrough I missed so many little spooky moments in this chapter I kinda want to play it again now lol. What happens if you get all the dolls??? ALSO! I should have a done Rakan’s chapter after this one. Because now I am constantly being chased through the house even when I’m not in a chapter… that tar demon man… he gets to me

This guide helped out a lot, for some reason I was hung up on the electrical circuit breaker part, everytime I would walk out of the room it mentioned that the stool was back in storage, so I was thinking I had to get up there and flip the switch somehow. Thanks for this! I enjoyed it!

I just started this game. Between being scared and lost , I had no idea what to do or where to go !! This walk thru has actually made the game more enjoyable to play.
The plank is the worst part. In my version of the game there are obstacle blocking the hallway thru the middle door that you opened earlier. So I just sit there fiddling with the plank that is getting stuck on everything until the monster comes and gets me.

The part when you get to the bathroom to draw a bath and the camera got hung up and then flew around the corner, low key scared the shit out of me. 🤣🤣
I need help, I finished Dolores and I starred Lucy chapter, saved it and now everytime I go back to it. Picture won't show and nothing happens

Wow. Never woulda figured this out on my own... I got to the closet in her room and did the knocking and got lost after that. I was like how the hell do i get outside to get that doll.
I ran out of lighter fluid and the key was In the drawer closest to the door. Wandering through there in the darkness was terrifying knowing she was in there somewhere

how come my version is different, when i started the game it goes directly with chapter 2
You have to pick up the key item to start the chapters, if you pick up the key in the hallway it starts chapter 2 (the mirror key).

I got to the doors, grabbed the wooden plank and headed back to the centre door, and it was blocked. O_O Which gave that lovely little insidious brat time to get me. I must have missed something along the way. But if anyone else knows, or found their door right ahead to be blocked, please let me know.

I think I ended up having to make my way around via the door on the right. As I just couldn't get rid of the blockage for the life of me.
Are you covering all trophies in your guide or just the dolls? I noticed there was a VHS tape in the toilet towards the end of Lucy's chapter but you didn't pick it up.
The tapes are linked to the Mirror Mask chapter. I didn't want to pick up the tapes because I want to make separate videos that explain where they all are and how to get everything done. Thanks for watching.

*studies it so not to get stuck in circles* lol I ended up with chapter 3 first- what a nightmare. then ch. 2 (how i thought chapter 3 was bad.. !!) now I'm thinking as i begin Lucy's chapter, It can't be that bad compared to what hell i was put through the last cpl weeks, we shall see!! i still have ch 4 to do. this game is absolutely brilliant. I am SO happy i decided to actually pick it up & play it, as I really didn't think I would like it or be scared enough! lol paranormal type games don't really get to me so much, "like OOO a ghost spooky", but the devs manage to mess w/my head to the point that i can prolly take on ANY horror game out there after im done w/this game LuL this will be handy, thank you!
This game is so random and frustrating, I got killed while in the cutscene of going through the hole in the wall in Lucy's room😑this game really let's you die in the most dumb spots
Yea it can be frustrating, luckily it autosaves a lot so you shouldn't lose that much progress.
its annoying because there's no way to escape the bad guy, it literally just spawns in front of you randomly as a jump scare and then kills you even if you did nothing wrong.

Thanks for the walkthrough, but I am having trouble. @18:27 when you open the door so you can bring the plank though, there is a chair blocking the hole in the floor where the plank needs to be laid. On your walkthrough the chair isn't there. Did I do something wrong? Can't progress from here. Thanks!

I've done everything that you have done, but the picture of the panda isn't there. I've looked on both doors, and have gotten the lighter, and the pills, but it won't appear. If you could explain why this was happening, it'd be a great help. Thank you!
Hi, thanks for the kind words and for approaching this situation with a level head, some people have had the same problem and they accuse me of doing something wrong. It's more than likely that you have picked up the mirror key in the hallway that starts Dolores chapter. When you start that chapter the other chapter items will not be obtainable until you beat that chapter. If you need a guide for that chapter you can find it in the description and linked on screen at the end of this video.

Ok so my boyfriend and I are playing this game and towards the beginning of this chapter our camera ran out of film?? It just wouldn't flash anymore. Has this happened to anyone? And if so what do we do.
There are parts you just can't use it. Increase your stress irl. Lol
Damn fs scariest part of the game. BIG TIP: Do not evet obtain the toy bear and DON'T start Lucy's Chapter if you have just begun the game. You will probably end up ALT+F4 and delete before playing the rest. Just go play other chapters first I'd suggest. You will end up in this hell anyways.

A few differences I’ve noticed on my play through On console are when you first see Lucy in the basement after getting the camera, I needed to approach her so she would begin her animation before the light stopped flickering and the side door opened up again. Then when your looking for the key in the room, you need to approach her or else you can’t advance to the back door.
To add - if you don’t trigger the jump scare while looking for the key, then you are safe while looking for it.
Your a life saver, Been staring at her in the key room for a while trying to work out why she wasn't moving

At 18:28 when I open the door there are stuff that don't let me go that way, when I grab the panel and go right at 19:20 the shadow kills me, what should I do?

After completing this chapter, I realized it's pretty short, lol. But creepy as ever. I can't wait to try the other ones.

Im stuck with chair and boxes blocked the way behind the door actually at time 19:19 in the video, when im carrying plank . May bug or something wrong with me or the game version v3.0 pirates ?
The camera isn’t there for me. I feel like I’m stuck or missing something. I’m in the basement pretty much every door is opened / accessed but no camera.
Have been into the living room and approached the TV? When you start the chapter that's the first thing you do. The TV in the living room (to the right if you're facing the front door of the house) will be on and when you approach it it will turn off, then when you walk away from it the TV will turn back on and you can see an image of lucy in the freezer room in the basement. When you go down to the freezer room, this will trigger Lucy and the camera to spawn.
@@IFreeMz yes so I’ve basically been throughout the whole basement. I’ve just stayed in the living room where the tv and record player is. Nothing popped up on the tv and the camera never appeared either. I randomly got killed by the ghost and restarted. But still the same. I’m pretty sure I’m screwed unless it appears right?

ive been asking everywhere , to no response. i get stuck after going down the ladder, it wont let me go through at all. any suggestions? ive reloaded it and gone further back in saves to do it and it just wont
there is no guide in game you don,t really know what to do,it is taking hours and i just running and then suddenly ghost appear.
You can actually find the pistol to get hints

This game would be a lot better if it wasn't so hard. I know they think it's scary to not know what to do next and walk around a dark house for 18,000 hours with a broken lighter, but it's not. It's frustrating and completely takes away from the actual scary parts. I'm so enraged by the time they happen it's more annoying than anything. This game sucks and I suck at it
You can pause on the Xbox version in the middle menu button

Playing this on PS5, I can't get the Parent's Door to open at 9:40 :( It just keeps saying it's jammed...
Some of the stuff I can't do like I get blocked by a chair and desk in the 4 door room the door straight ahead and the thing keeps jump scaring me

When you go to the parents door at 9:39 it says the door is jammed. I cannot open it. I've tried to save before going to Lucy's room and even tried rate replaying from the beginning. Any tips?
Have you gone into the office and then through the red door at 4:55 that is downstairs yet? That's what you have to do after picking up the camera.
@@IFreeMz yes. I followed everything you did step for step. I think the game glitched on me and jammed that door because I did Dolores chapter first
@@SiberianNinjaX That shouldn't happen for sure, Have you tried going into lucy's room and going through her closet? The closet in her room connects to the parents room.
@@IFreeMz I can't. It's when she shuts her door and you are supposed to go around. I have no access to the parents room.
@@SiberianNinjaX Okay so I did a little research for you in the Visage Discord and it seems that there is a bug where the door to her bedroom is permanently locked. I haven't had the bug myself but you may be right in saying it's something to do with the order in which you've done the chapters. The only thing I can suggest is to start again on a fresh save and hope it doesn't happen again.
