The opening scene in the canteen/refectory/mess hall (w/e you wanna call it depending on where you're from), I'm watching the characters faces and listening to their accents, whilst my dad is looking at the dirt on the windows, the ugly curtains and what the guy has on his plate, and we're both like "it was just like that!" but for different reasons. I feel someone who has worked on rigs must have been involved with this project!

I'm really enjoying listening to the Scottish accent of all the characters. Adds a whole lot of character to the story and overall atmosphere of the game I feel like.
This game really sells the creepy oilrig + unknown creature vibe. Also since everyone is saying it, I didn't start watching you play a horror game but I remember LA Noire & InFamous SS. Can't remember if you played InF 1 or not.

@tee981 I can see where he's coming from. I'm from Finland and they teach us British English and by default you get some Scottish and Irish accents in the mix. Yes, but a actual horror game.. if this scares folks...bunch of softies 😂respectfully of course
@@thisguy8373Ooo, we got a badass over here🙄
1:05:32 this had me STRESSING😂 im so glad I get to watch your walkthroughs, especially when im too scared to play these games myself hahaha
Hi Brad, I started watching your videos when I was 17 back in 2013. It has been 11 years, and I don't get to watch your videos as frequently as I'd like to now, but just wanted to say that watching you grow over the years has been amazing. I can't tell you the number of games I've 'finished', thanks to you. You were genuinely one of those UA-camrs that made life so memorable.
Good luck to you and your family, man. I hope you keep making such great content and keep entertaining us for a very long time.
Absolutely loving this one! Game looks stunning, voice acting is amazing, also have a fear of open water, even watching you play this has me on edge! Always be you dude, you’re awesome. Been watching your channel since 2017 with my nephew, we binged all of your old and new stuff during lockdown, truthfully, you go us through a lot of it! Many years later and we still get together when we can to watch and I sit down each evening to watch a few episodes. This one is probably one of my most favourites since the resi 4 remake, looking forward to more!
Truly the best walkthrough UA-cam gamer. Been a fan a long time and even though I don’t play games myself anymore…I still am a major fan. Continue the great videos as always 🙏
Love you Brad turning 26 on the 26th I been watching sense dead space I watched you all through high school and middle school! Big fan much love you are the goat! Thanks for making my child hood great
Deadspace came looking for a review of the game and then stumbled across your channel and saw your commentary on the first part fell in love with the style of play and have been watching your vids going back years and you covered a lot of games I never got a chance to play, excitement everytime a new game you cover pops up horror games are crazy funny with you
Love you brad. Crazy that such a huge part of my childhood is still going strong. I've been watching since the first season of The Walking Dead and I probably always will. Lets get it.
First ever horror game I saw you play was amnesia funny enough. Used to be so scared of all the old horror stuff you posted and now I’m reaching 21 years old. Crazy how fast everything has gone
I’ve been watching Radbrad for the longest time loved his dead space walk through watching him made me want to stream !!!! Love you bro keep doing the great videos
Rad, I’ve been watching you for all of my childhood and I wanted you to say thank you for your commitment and I’m glad to see your channel still kicking; I cannot wait to see what ya do in the future
This game made me realize just how little games actually have Irish or Scottish characters or accents.
That's pretty cool
I can almost guarantee that without the subtitles, you will not realize they're speaking english. Thanks for the awesome content brad
English & Scottish
What’s an English accent exactly? We have regional accents. There’s no such thing as an ‘English’ accent *facepalm*
@@missdracul7414 I didn't mean English accent, I meant English. If there were no subtitles I wouldn't have recognized they're actually speaking English coz their Scottish is very strong
@led_alpha7842 no worries, I understood what you meant. I was replying to this comment- “Scottish accent is far more understandable than English accent”, this guy who thinks England has one accent
Thats because some of what theyre speaking is Scots, a language similar to English but different
Welshman here and I have to say I love the accents just as much as everyone else is.
Been watching you since the walking dead telltale game season one ....almost whar ?12-13 years ago ?
Now as an adult I still watch you and you bring so much peace and nostalgia . You've never changed who you are . Despite all the times we get frustrated with you lol keep it up !
coming from working rig's most my life this was really cool!! like going down memory lane! Thanks Radbrad MUCH LOVE BROTHER!

Starting watching you when I was 12 years old, HOURS of your walkthroughs, even games I already played but I always wanted to hear your opinion and see your experience, I’ve been in the army for 3 years now and I’m 22 and this video just popped up, thank you for bringing me back and giving me those good memories
Bro I’ve been streaming you’re content since mw3 first came out with the game play I was like 10 just turned 11 now I’m 24 with a newborn son may god bless u and bless u with many more years man you was there when I didn’t have no system and couldn’t afford it 💯💛🤞🏼
"come out i can hear your heartbeats was terrifying"
Been waiting for this!!!
I live just down the road from Barnsley in the UK and its rough AF! That bald chef looks like he'd live in barnsley too hahaha
From there and he almost looks like a chef I used to work for.
Definitely a Barnsley man, nobody else in England (or even South Yorkshire for that matter) would support Barnsley in anything 🤣
COYG
It's Shaun Dooley
I've tried watching two other youtubers playthroughs of this, you're the only one who was actually enjoyable to watch, thank you for posting this mate
Man I just realized I've been watching this channel for over 10 years. I think Brad is the 1st person I subbed to on YT. Good ol watchin theradbrad on my 3ds growing up good times
I just realized while watching this that I’ve been watching your channel since I was like 12 years old and I now have a full time career. Appreciate all you’ve done for the community and to answer your question, I think the first I watched was dead space 2
Awesome gameplays Brad
Keep it up
This looks like a videogame version of a TV series called The Rig (on Amazon Prime)
Great show, can't wait for it to return.
Hey Brad, been watching for 10 years now. Since assassin’s creed 3. Genuinely thank you.
The voice actors were amazing. Played the game when it released. Glad it’s caught on!
Visually this game is incredible, for some cut scenes you would have to double take if it’s real or not.
I’ve lived in Scotland (highlands) for near 9 years now, I love how the subtitles are different to what they are saying to help others understand what slang words mean 😂
Looking forward to this one! I’d love to have the Xbox copy, I loved your cover of outlast.
It’s gonna be day 1 gamepass btw
Comes out tomorrow 10am British time on Gamepass 😊
So excited ! Thanks Brad
Finished it last night. Kudos to the developers to use heavy accents with english subtitles. Made it feel really authentic and much more immerisve!
I'm 20 years now can't believe all that years watching brady youtube video and enjoying it, started watching on 15 years old. I know it's hard right now because video game kind of dry right now but I believe after GTA 6 drop every other game gonna be spicy too. Love you my brother Braddy ❤❤❤ I've been know you since you single and married and then had little Clementine, I wonder how big she is right now 😂😂
love the content brad!!
Man I loved when u played Dead Space 2. I even go back and rewatch those videos just cuz I love watching u play. Thanks for all the vids u do brother!
I'm requesting again brad, but can you please play 'Fears to fathom, Ironbark Lookout'.
i definitely remember dead space 2 from 2011. you got me into horror games which lead to movies. much love keep up the good work
Broo ive been watching your videos since i was 8 years old and now im 21 i am so grateful on watching your content all these years. Thank you for making my childhood so memorable
Holy shit, media set in the North East of Scotland that actually uses local accents AND Doric.
Pinch me, I MUST be dreaming
As an American that speaks English. I'm glad they put subtitles in to translate the Scottish sayings and terms.
Scots speak English mate
@tee981 I can see where he's coming from. I'm from Finland and they teach us British English and by default you get some Scottish and Irish accents in the mix. I now live in US, they don't get the other accents. There's just the American "accent" if that's what you wanna call it. It's harder for them to follow the terms and accent than for someone from EU whose been taught the British English
@@tee981 yeah but the crazy terms and sayings don't make sense to anyone that isn't Scottish. The subtitles literally translate the sayings to different words in English.
@@tee981 watch the video
@@lordfordification so you can at least understand the accent? Just not the sayings?
I'm already 22 and I stil can't play or watch any horror game or movie. They just scare the sh1t out of me for the most basic parts.
Damn my imagination is my mortal enemy
Yay!! So glad you played this one! Look forward to watching all the videos!!!
Been watching your video from last 8 years, I would say the reason why I can watch your horror gameplay video at night coz of your commentary in between the game makes me feel that you are somewhere around me.
UA-cam really censoring bad words? Jesus this is getting ridiculous
But they don’t censor gay flags n shit 😂
I worked on oil rigs for 6 years and I can personally assure all of you 99% of the guys are THAT miserable. It's a tough ass job, away from family for months at a time with smelly dudes...they really nailed it. The grime, the muck, that pervasive feeling of dread and that life will never get better...so glad I made it out only having lost a finger.
rad, your recording has screen tearing in it
Man, I remember watching you when i was on highschool you were starting during that time but now I watched you again and checked your subscribers its now 13.6M (it was 1.2M when i started watching your gameplay videos i love the Last of Us gameplay of yours and Bioshock made me play the game because of you! :D) Just dropping by and letting you know you were my "Netflix and chill" after I study alot back in the day. Im proud of what your channel have become! Have a nice day. :D
Hey Brad! I think the first horror game I ever watched you play was Blair Witch. I watched it with my brother who had just been through a breakup. Thank you for keeping us company, keeping us scared, and keeping us entertained! 🙌🏻 LET’S GET THIS!
Jesus the screen tearing is bad
Peopel always talked about this game, and im finally watching it!.. respect from Scotland bro! Been watching your vids since around 2012/13
I remember watching your amnesia and dead space playthrough as a kid because I was too scared to play them myself lol now I still love watching them
Damn the RadBrad still going strong. I used to watch this channel in college years ago. Damn good job man
Dude I miss you it's been awhile since I've watched your channel but I came across your video and I think I'm going to start watching again been a fan since 2013
This is what professional let's play looks like. Love this guys stuff. He literally was a good part of my childhood
Probably one of my favorite recent series from you. I only started watching a couple months ago but I already love your videos man
I remember watching you play video games when i couldnt afford them as a kid, i am 18 now and really appriciate you for playing all these variety of games and in a way shaping my childhood. My favourites were the uncharted and batman arkham walkthroughs. Much love Brad. ❤
The first horror game i remember watching you play was dead island. You're the one that got me into that game
Been watching for over 7 years man I’ve basically grown up with your videos. Keep up the great work❤
Glad to see you are still going with content! I started watching you during advanced warfare days. I haven't been around due to being away from youtube but glad to be back in the community!
i’m 20
years old now and i remember seeing brad play dead space for the first time when i was 11 (don’t ask i loved gore games when I was younger) crazy how he hasn’t changed at all
Gosh this is pretty refreshing if I'm being honest. I wonder if it's because the enemies aren't clearly seen but definitely heard and you're powerless against them too and it adds to that sense of dread about it.
Started watching you play Outlast. The chair and barrels is what pulled me in. You were the first horror game lets player i started watching. It gave me so much comfort to just be engulfed in the fantasy. To have that safe adrenaline rush. I appreciate you still creating content! ❤
I’ve been watching you since I was 15…I turn 28 in 2 months. Awesome part of my child hood
