    Even though I love the concealed carry insurance program with USCCA membership, I also love the wealth of information and their training.
    I decided to take one of USCCA's introductory courses on defensive shooting fundamentals in person: the handgun and rifle introductory course.
    I wanted to present it here to my subscribers so you can see it for yourself and get an idea of what you get with YOUR own USCCA membership.
    Here is episode 1 of 4 of the defensive shooting fundamentals training done with ‪@BrantleyGilbertMusic‬, ‪@GunsOutTV‬, and of course, ‪@USCCAOfficial‬
    Level up your training, get educated, and get CCW insurance. Click the link below to learn more and get a few special free bonuses!

      After all the bad press of USCCA backing out on their responsibility of defending their clients, I called and cancelled my membership and switched to AOR. Please explain to me how you can continue to recommend them to your viewers....other than money! Other 2A supporters have stopped endorsing USCCA. When will your conscious get the best of you? Come on, your credibility is starting to suffer and your reputation is everything!

      Until the bullet goes past your dome then you shit your pants. My first TIC in Afghanistan I almost pissed myself so I am not exaggerating one bit.
      I was conditioned and well trained for war as an Infantrymen yet it still almost happened. Trust me when I say that 99.9 of your firearm courses training will completely go out the window since you don’t have the psychological conditioning aspect.

      Good to see more people checking out on USCCA their wordplay on legal support is absurd when you end up paying them for literally no support

    • @USCCAOfficial
      @USCCAOfficial 2 роки тому +1

      Melvin, there is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to what your USCCA Membership does. I am sorry to hear you are considering canceling your membership and I welcome the opportunity to explain.
      The initial loss of your case doesn't necessarily trigger Condition I in the SDLI policy, as it is not necessarily a "Conviction". Section V Definition C. explains that “Conviction” means the final unappealable entry by a court of an adjudication, judgment, order, or ruling finding a party guilty of a crime. Assuming that there was an appealable issue, losing a case is not the end of the road for the responsibly armed American who faces a tough uphill battle with the legal system.
      If you have any questions about what this means for you or any doubts about your membership, I urge you to give us a call at 877-677-1919. One of the representatives on the end of that line is the best resource when it comes to understanding these important parts of your membership.

      @@MrSolidsnake293 What questions did you have about the Memberships?

    • @MrSolidsnake293
      @MrSolidsnake293 2 роки тому +2

      @@USCCAOfficial why don't you provide cheaper options of payment for those of us who don't wish to fund your training programs and just wish to fund the legal support aspects of your service.
      and secondly why is your legal defense service a third party to your business should it not be in house, what's the point of USCCA if your just a spokes person for a third party legal defense service?

    • @USCCAOfficial
      @USCCAOfficial 2 роки тому +1

      @@MrSolidsnake293 Great question, the educational resources available with every level of membership are arguably one of the most important. It is one thing to be legally prepared to defend yourself but being physically prepared means continuously investing in yourself. This is why we do not offer the educational resources separate from the access to the self-defense liability insurance policy the USCCA holds.
      The answer to your second question, If you were in a covered act of self-defense, it is best that an Attorney is the 3rd part to be there to represent you, not the business. This is by design for the Members to not only have the option to choose their own Representation but also have the peace of mind that the Attorney does not have a vested interest in anything but the Members' case. It is very traditional that a 3rd party works in this way for the Member and not the USCCA for their Criminal case.
      I hope this helps!

    I would really rather carry an energy field around with me to stop people from killing me rather than a gun. But until somebody invents that, this is all I've got. I don't want to have to get into a gunfight. I don't want somebody else shooting back at me. I don't want to have to take anybody's life. I don't want any of it. I just want to be left alone but some people out there just won't leave you alone. It's just too much to ask.

      This is a very common language, DOA Knife. The USCCA will support members when the evidence points to a self-defense situation. The insurance company cannot and will not provide coverage for incidents that were not self-defense and the recovery and recoupment provision gives the insurance company the ability to recoup amounts paid in the event it is later determined that the incident in question was not an act of self-defense.

I'm currently taking all the USCCA's online Protector Academy courses and qualifications classes that my membership allows. I will then take classes with an instructor and finally begin conceal carrying. It'll hopefully be sooner than later.

    Colin, sorry to see that you're involved in this big USCCA commercial. Instead of lobbying for citizens to give us the same immunity that cops get, USCCA will lobby to make their insurance coverage mandatory. One big money grab on the 2nd Amendment.

      He fell for the trap, pushing for training is how mandatory training laws get put into play, then all it takes is a little law wordplay for them to push for more control over 2A

    Good afternoon Colion. First I just want to say thank you for your 2A rights and education efforts. I have recently had my 2A rights restored (due to a minor non violent misdemeanor which disqualified me) and can't tell you how liberating it is to finally be able to legally possess, train and carry in order to protect myself and family. My question is regarding USCCA's insurance plan...I have heard, read and watched various videos of people stating that the verbiage USCCA uses in their plan leaves one open to either not receiving legal protection (if USCCA chooses not to) and/or being financial liable in the event of a conviction. As a lawyer what is your position on this?

    • @USCCAOfficial
      @USCCAOfficial 2 роки тому +3

      Great question, Kenan!
      First, you can always give us a call at 877-677-1919 for questions like this as we have Customer Support standing by 24/7!
      To answer your question, The insurance company ultimately makes the decision to provide coverage or not, in accordance with the policy terms. It is illegal to insure a criminal act. When a claim is initially presented, the insurance company investigates based on the facts of the case as available at that time. In cases where the evidence clearly demonstrates that a lawful self-defense incident has not taken place, the provider makes the responsible decision to no longer provide resources for the claim.
      When it comes to if you do not 'win' your initial case, The initial loss of your case doesn't necessarily trigger Condition I in the SDLI policy, as it is not necessarily a "Conviction".
      There are a lot of layers to proving your innocence and if you have had a chance to watch some of Colion's videos, he does a really good job of narrating how dynamic self-defense incidents and the legal aftermath are. All of these layers point to the importance of how much you invest in your training. I hope this was helpful, please give us a call if you want to explore more, we are happy to help!

    Colion - can you ask USCCA why they are not allowing membership from NY state. For get the city, the rest of NY in Pro2A especially in central NY.
