hey i have a question. So in my TCL android tv, the little bluetooth remote disconnected to my tv so now i can't use voice control. So, is there anyway possible that you can put your bluetooth remote on pairing mode or connect it to my tv because the big remote is a disappointment and it hard to move the tv when you use the big remote

Hi there. I have followed this exact procedure for my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones. The TV and the headphones show as paired, but I'm getting no audio coming though the headphones. I have attempted the same with my son's PlayStation headphones and I get the same result. However when I pair the same 2 pairs of headphones with other devices e.g. my laptop, iPad and iMac, I get no problems. Audio coming though just fine on those devices except with my TCL Smart TV Pro. I just can't work out why this is happening. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for your help!

It works when just after pairing, but later when you disconnect and reconnect, the volume do not enable bluetooth control again.

The video should have started by saying "warning, not all models of TCL TV have bluetooth connectivity". Mine DOES NOT so the screen menu looks quite different.

I was able to connect my headphones but audio was still routed to the soundbar that was connected to eARC port. Is there any way you can choose which device you want to route the audio through if there are multiple audio devices connected?

It only works if I turn off my sound bar that id connected via hdmi. It looks like the priority is hdmi audio output, bluetooth audio output and then TV speakers.

I purchased a new TCL 55 inch 55T6G TV (launched in 2023) and I have Galaxy buds. I am able to connect it but it does not work the way it should. It throws the sound from TV and I cannot hear anything from buds. My TV also goes blank whenever I switch from TCL channel to Prime. Looking at UA-cam, I removed power plug, pressed the button below the centre of TV for a minute and released it. After turning on the TV, it still goes blank. And MX player also does not play. Does anyone know how to fix these problems? I regret for purchasing this TV as it is just 5 days old now and customer service is worst in India. I have contacted them and it's 5 days now but no technical department called me back as per their promise. It's the worst service ever. Kindly let me if these issues can be fixed or not. Thanks in advance guys.
My new model does not have remotes and accessories. I have a new model S434.
It didn't come with a remote, or any accessories? Mine (same model as you) arrived last week, and all together in a plastic bag was: 1 remote; 2 feet; 4 screws to attach feet; 1 analog to audio adapter; 1 user manual (incomplete - you have to go online to download a separate one that includes menu explanations/instructions).
