i think with a little english study like 3months or so, she could converse in english semi fluently, she already has the pronunciation and it seems she already kinda know how english sentence structures work

Maybe but I think people generally think to much about pronunciation and grammar like sentence structures etc with languages (though ofc it helps), the most important thing is just vocabulary though which takes a lot longer then 3 months to become ”semi fluent” with as it’s basically just repetition (though I don’t know how much she already knows, and if she or anyone that’s learning a language have someone to talk english to a lot or whichever language someone intends to learn it could be suprisingly fast tbf)

i think there's a decent chance she spent time in a different country as a child but is Japanese. some of her words have an english accent, especially the "Absolutely" at 5:26, so maybe the UK, enough time to internalize the speaking patterns but not understand the language
