5:07 As someone with the average Korean spice tolerance, A.K.A. the fire noodle challenge is just another weekday to me, can confirm. I almost never felt the heat through a dump, or had pain in my stomach from spice in particular.
I think the only exception is when I dared to challenge the 3x spicy buldak flavor which still didn't lead to a stomachache but yeah I kinda felt the burn when it came out the other end. Definitely a challenge food which actually causes tears over flavor, not one for everyday consumption.
