Never used this follower before, so it be interesting to see if Xelzaz's creator has Xelzaz permanently leaving the Dragonborn, if the player actually did want Delphine wanted here.
Delphine: "We won't support you, until you kill Paarthurnax." Yeah sure, because the almighty Dragonborn, a being that can affect reality by saying one word, has become a thane of every hold, has artefacts of every single daedric prince at his disposal and fought dragons, giants, demons, armies and even other Legends on a daily basis, desperately wants the help of three leftovers, from which two can't stand the thought of doing the very job they're intended to do. BTW, apparently there's a third blades member that attacks the player in a tavern if he should wear Thalmor gear, at least I've heard there's an NPC that does that.
I don't think she is aware, that she and Esbern would be violating their oath for refusing the words of Humans with Dragon Blood, which applies to the Dragonborn, an oath applied by the Blades Grandmaster from the Third Era.
The fact their still essential long after their usefulness, is at an end boggles my mind. Also sucks to be anyone who doesn't yoink dragonbane the second they set foot in CRT, i mean SHT... seriously Bethesda... why didnt you let us kill this b. They patched marcy long essential status away.
(Just imagine my Argonian character is voiced by Wes Johnson's Imperial race voice) *Before* Raajereth-Adrian Xerifsan VIII (Argonian): "You know something isn't right, I can see how much their hearts are so full of blind hatred they have for the Greybeards, believing what they think is right and executing their actions without consideration beforehand. Delphine and Esbern have something to tell you, and I know it's regarding our ally who turned against Alduin as his lieutenant. You're not going to be given a choice to accept this from either of them if they reveal what they know about the true leader of the Greybeards, and this generation of the Blades have proven that you are a tool to them; not a instrument of the Nine from Cyrodiil and the pantheon of the Nords, no matter what your race is. I'm warning you now as I speak, record your progress before you speak to that bitch and that old fool. It's a gut feeling of mine, yes and I may be acting on paranoia like Dutchess Syl of Dementia as my grandfather once aided in the Shivering Isles; but I don't want you to be forced onto a choice that you can't refuse" *After* Raajareth-Adrian Xerifisan VIII (Argonian): "They have betrayed their emperors and broken their oaths as Blades, to serve the Dragonborn himself. They have finally proven once and for all that you are only a tool of man, not a instrument of the divines of the Imperials and the Nords. This right here was what I had warned you about, but I don't blame you one bit. Delphine the Bitchy lied to us both but I have never been more disappointed in Esbern for agreeing to her, his heart really is so full of hate that he's not worthy to be grandmaster of this once proud organization to Emperor Uriel VII. Did they ever once ask themselves if this is this what the emperor from the waning days of the Third Era would've wanted? The Emperor that my grandfather knew in the short time both had met each other in the prison cells of the Imperial City's dungeon would not have let his bodyguards do such a thing, to cast aside the word of Tamriel's ruler so they can serve themselves by using Uriel Septim as a scapegoat to kill long redeemed allies. We have risked ourselves in doing the word of the Blades who used your blood to enter this temple, but the Blades don't consider that part and have decided to throw you out as a traitor, when they are the ones who turned their backs on you in the beginning even before you first set your eyes on the woman who stole the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller because she doubted your title and refused to believe that until you slew Sahloknir. If caring more about their feelings and dwelling on the nature of his past atrocities long since overcame through effort while refusing to serve you until his blood is spilled is their decree of making him pay for his crimes that don't matter anymore as they did long ago, then I shall defy it; and within this age where I have my grasp right around their throats, I curse them both, FOREVERMORE!!" The Dragonborn: "Raajareth, is there any way to save him from death?" Raajareth-Adrian Xerifsan VIII (Argonian): "The only way to save Paarthurnax is to keep this unwanted and forced-onto-you quest from ever happening, even if that means undoing the progress that was made after this point. I only wished there was another way to keep Partysnax out of the hands of the Blades that have abandoned even their oaths that bind them to their emperors, and the ruler that is you Dragonborn. There's no hatred harbored between us, we will keep him alive and that's by keeping this quest from ever happening; and to do that, you must go back to a time and kill both of them. It is clear that they don't care about you anymore, let alone even your title or what you decree as the leader who is supposed to be served by these two; not the other way around. I'm glad to have stood by you up until this point, and I cherish every part of the adventure that led us to this dilemma regarding the one who leads the Greybeards. You understand what must be done. They took what you earned and deserved from you, now they must pay with their blood. Dawn is coming. Farewell, Dragonborn... Sovngarde awaits, but that is not where they are going" The Dragonborn: "Farewell, Raajareth..."

Delphine has an overinflated sense of self importance. Louder for the people in the back? Like holy hell...
I would like to see Delphine have the courage to say this to Tiber Septim, basically a dragonborn
