    Is light wrangler inspired by Houdini Solaris interactive light placement, or is Houdini Solaris inspired by light wrangler? 🔥

      Not sure where this originated exactly but this has also been in Cinema4D for a long time 😃

      @@zurasaur Haha, I hadn’t heard of that feature in Houdini before, so I’ll definitely take a closer look. It seems like a really well-designed workflow. The original idea actually came from HDRI Light Studio, which lets you do something similar-not with real lights, but by creating a 360 HDRI in a similar automatic fashion. So yeah, that’s where the idea came from, but I wanted to implement it with actual light objects in Blender.
