yes it will take 15 watts full load, means you have to set your transmitter with modulation, you dont measure your amp with deadkey, theres no such thing deadkey, if you realy want to measure drive and output you need to have steady audio signal to see the real output watt of you amp or radio, i dont know why other showing the deadkey?
