Cycling and My Mental Health - Fundraising for Aware NI

In May 2024 I will be cycling 280 miles from Northern Ireland to the Bealach na Ba pass, on the Applecross Peninsula in Scotland, to raise money for Aware NI mental health charity. I would really appreciate any donations that you can make.

Well said Sir this is spot on and brave we all need to talk! I failed Bealach na Ba in 2012, near the top was so windy and raining I couldn't do anymore!

Yea, talking about mental health is so so important, especially amongst men.
Ahhh, you have unfinished business with the Bealach Ns Ba then, you will have to go back again - I've now done it in May and September, both times it has been ok
