  • Whisky is personal. There is no right or wrong way to drink your dram. Enjoying it is all that matters, and if you have some Raasay water on hand to open up the flavours, all the better!
You might have noticed that we use Glencairn glasses at the distillery. These nosing glasses really help us appreciate the spirit's colour, aromas, and taste. They are similar to the traditional 'Copita' sherry glasses that professional tasters use when assessing spirits.
In this video, Distillery Ambassador Calum Gillies looks at how best to savour your dram using the Glencairn glass.

This man knows what he's talking about. If you are watching so called whisky 'experts', as soon as you hear an American accent, log off.

When do you release another series of your Whisky? I‘m a big fan of your „while we wait“ but neither this nor the inaugural is really available or affordable. At least in germany.

Our next release comes this May! This release will have a much wider availability than our more limited releases so far. Can't wait to share more of it with you!

What! - first pour to rinse the glass of any odours and throw it away - I don't think so
