Games nowadays are pretty virgin with their use with nerf guns, wouldn't ya say?
(If you didn't get the joke on your first try, it was a joke that mocked about how games nerf their characters or certain assets every now and then, though certain games that appeared back then would've used that same exact formula. (Yes, nerfs did exist in some older games, but it wouldn't have been nearly as annoying as it would eventually be nowadays) Nerfing isn't nessecarily a bad thing, but the very idea of it just drives me off from playing those games as it removes the fun value of certain assets that will probably never return to it's original form because of the patch notes of that respective game (It's especially irritating with newer PvP based games where their assets are initially released and become already op, but it doesn't seem to be really as inconvenient in fighting games where I tend to find it less obnoxious) in which I would otherwise have the 'need' to go back to the older days to play as Shao Kahn in the classic MK games or playing as Hyper Tails from Sonic 3 and Knuckles, but that's just me.)
