I genuinely dont know if the roll bar would have withstood this, Pancho Carter at Indianapolis walked away unscated from something like this, although it was on asphalt. Or maybe i'm overanalysing a shitpost
Little disclaimer to the people coming here hoping to see a reconstruction of Gilles Villeneuve fatal crash: this clearly is in no way such a thing, neither is the red car a Ferrari.... it rather looks to me a Lotus 79 or a Tyrrell 009.

i just thought the flip was funny when it happened. so i recorded the flip and posted the video
NAHHHH 💀💀💀
still want to know why his seat was unbolted to the car seems like someone wanted gilles gone
seat ripped from the chassis itself, freak accident due to the G forces of the car hitting the ground and getting thrown back up
It wasn't, and whatever this bullshit is, his was far far worse.
The seat linet was not attached, the strapped-in driver normally held it in place. The seat belt bolts tore out of the cockpit.
😮
That’s just wrong
yeaaaaa. when i made the thumbnail i was like "this looks so wrong"
@@ZIGAG1999 at least you know and understand it unlike some people i know
