    Dermal fillers have become popular during recent years for their use in famous lip transformations (we're looking at you, Kylie!) More and more people are turning to the injectable for a bit of help looking lovelier, but still remain unaware that they can be utilised all over the face for a subtle, refreshed look.
    Today, I'm going to be putting a bit of filler in our models jaw.

    Nice work! I think his hairstyle could do a lot in playing with that “wanting more width” in the face. Like the before and after shots, his hairstyle in the before is more grown out so gives his face a more square appearance. by removing the length on the sides and lifting the colour really makes the eyes focus on just the face so then it’s a lot of relying on the filler to give volume and structure.
    So I reckon he should go a bit darker and richer in the auburn golden tones but keep the tinted brow he got done. More grown out sides and give that extra boost of dimension and structure.
    I think hairstyle is such a big thing with injectables etc. You can get all the work in the world on your face but you need the hair and the clothes really set the mood and get “the look” we’re all after.

    Really nice subtle changes, he’s a handsome guy anyway but I think he looks more masculine and chiselled in the after photos, I think the filler in the corner of the lips to make them look more “upturned” make a BIG difference in the side profile photos!

      That the distance from the camera to the patient is measured and set up the same distance for all patients before and after photos. Some photos seem to have been taken closer than others ( this gentleman’s for example) or maybe for this particular patient in the after photo the camera may have been zoomed in a little bit tighter?
      Sorry not trying to be critical 🙈 your work is ALWAYS awesome!! xx

      They didn’t show the side profile which is where his problem areas where at but still you can see the difference. That line where his jaw intersects looks crisper and the bottom 1/3 of his face was lifted outward a little more. I think with men the point is to not make it any more noticeable than a haircut.

Sometimes while watching these videos I have noticed that the front of the cheeks look a bit more rounded toward the front of the face, (I don't know if this is right way to say it). I'm honestly curious and looking forward to your reply.
    I personally would prefer to see early 30s botox and skin aging prevention and late 30s onwards for more structural changes with fillers in the face unless there is an asymmetry or something that is obvious and presents as a great concern to the patient. Btw, I love your videos and really like the new style with a little intro about the patient! 💕

      dianna dianna I was 26 when I started having cosmetic procedures. I always say it’s not going to change your life having cosmetic things done but you have to take it for what it is. A temporary improvement in the appearance, with associated risks. They can’t truly give a person their youth back, they can only make a temporary improvement as the match of time goes on. Let him enjoy it while it lasts I say, the same as he may enjoy his youth. If one cannot accept they are temporary, then this is not the procedure for them.

    • @KawaaiLeRemy
      @KawaaiLeRemy 5 років тому

      Lol, you should really start skin aging prevention when you're like 20. For skin care, I recommend Dr Dray's channel. He bleaches his hair, and practically. It's the same thing, changing something.
      Btw, I'm 23 and already had about 3 cosmetic procedures. More planned too. It's tiresome to listen to all the shaming about cosmetic procedures. Body dysmorphia is another matter and of course, any self respecting doctor deny doing anything then. This is far from that.
      Youth is only temporarily and god damn, I'm gonna look like my best then😒

      @@KawaaiLeRemy skin care should start from the moment of birth, for example sun protection for children or acne treatment for teenagers. We are not talking about using a moisturizer or colouring hair in this case. I had botox done every 4 months in the last 10 years for prevention and I had fillers to replace volume loss. I also had laser treatments and peelings. I started when I was 31. So I guess if we add that up I had over 60(!) procedures 😂😂 done so far and planning to continue with them.
      I guess it is really down to the channel owner what sort of message they want to send, I personally preferred the previous videos where the treatments were used for restoration/rejuvenation.

    I have a question, why do people with blood conditions advised not to get derma-filler?

    • @pennydreadful5285
      @pennydreadful5285 5 років тому

      Livia Bagatti, what kind of blood disorders? I know that if your blood has problems clotting or are taking blood thinners, then injecting fillers wouldn’t seem like a good idea due to extra bleeding at and near the site of injection.

      It would be interesting to see if Dr. T answers your question. I’d like to see what she says about it as well.

      Livia Bagatti what kind of conditions are we talking about?

      Dr Sarah Tonks hemophilia in specific, I have type A which is mild and only problematic if under surgery, I was just wondering why it not Suitable as it only small incisions .❤️

      Livia Bagatti I would imagine your injector is nervous about large amounts of bruising after the procedure but I treat patients who are on anticoagulants etc so as long as you do a small amount to see the reaction I think it’s ok

      Chetan Paul from what I understand the injectables are mixed with anaesthetic so you only feel the first entry.

    I think his "after" jawline looks weird. It's sharp/elevated at the corners, but it's still soft and a little droopy under the chin.

    To me there were young (blonde) Sly Stallone vibes beforehand and now he just seems bland. I liked some of the other makeovers but I don't like this one. It took away from his "look". I also like his slightly "sleepy" eyes, not everyone has to have upturned corners and horizontal brows. Wish he knew that sometimes those things he himself might see as imperfections are in actuality the details that make him "him" and are attractive to others...
