Iarnród Éireann welcomes female students on their journey to STEM careers with iWish

This year, we joined with iWish - the science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) career fair for secondary school girls - as official transport partner, and brought hundreds of girls from Cork, Kerry and Limerick to iWish in Dublin's RDS.
En route, women in engineering, apprenticeship, and a range of STEM career roles in Iarnród Éireann were on board to inspire our guests, to speak about the career opportunities which exist, and to show the path they took to their current roles.
It was a fantastic day - our thanks to our team on board, and at the RDS, and we thank and wish every success to all of the young women and their teachers and career guidance counsellors in their choices and careers ahead.
