Just got this disc recently, I had no idea the disc came with an interface, I thought it was just like the other Xbox Compilation disc, Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged where that one dosent have an interface but it was a pretty neat addition, and oh my god the games on this disc are amazing I love them a lot! It’s really cool seeing people still talk about these discs!!!
Still have my copy, as well as another version called Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged. While it didn't have nearly as much content as this disc, I still played it a lot. One of my favorites was called Marble Blast Ultra. If you can find a copy somewhere, give it a play you'll definitely have some fun! P.S. It turns out the Unplugged Disc was released in 2006, and if I remember correctly the main menu was an orange blade tab.
I used to have this game along with Sega Superstar Tennis on my retail Xbox360 Jasper from like September 2008, i still have it today (now modded the heck out of) and the physical disk from so long ago, man how time flies, i was stuck with the same 2 games until i got Halo Reach in 2012. The Xbox 360 era was such a chill time, next to the GC and Wii Era, i'm glad people remember this game with the same fondness i once did.
Dang! Very good video man! The amount of time I put in to this disc brings me back. It almost makes me tear up. Boom Boom Rocket was so good and Viva Piñata was a game my brothers and I played all the time!
@@JackamoJones honestly as far as licensed movie video games are it's actually good, may be nostalgia glasses though. Either way had a lot of unlockables and customization, the stat differences on boards and characters never felt like it mattered much but either way I had a great time and that's what mattered in the end lol
Needing the cd is a pain if you got them digital it’s a lot easier I bought a couple in physical but it’s easier in digital they don’t ask for a lot of storage you can always play them very quick classic games are worth buying digital they don’t suck
Thanks for the video. I just wanted to mention that a bit of the Xbox Live Indie Games have not been preserved yet. If anyone has any please put them on a flash drive and get in touch with the Video Game Preservation Collective
I’ve played the heck out of Championship PAC Man. Awesome game. I dabbled in the other four games. And until watching this video, I don’t think I ever knew the demos existed.
Love this disk! I played the shit out of Feeding Frenzy and the viva pinta demo as a kid. Viva pinta is criminally underrated it’s definitely one of my all favorites
@@Frank_West_From_Dead_Rising yeah it’s definitely for kids but I still enjoy it I have the game and I’ve refused to play because I was so addicted to it as a kid.
Nice video! I got this compliation disc with my xbox 360 I got off ebay back in the day! I live in the UK and the case for mine states it has 5 trial games included, I wonder what the extra 3 could be! I still have it and now I'm very tempted to play it again for the nostalgia Subscribed :)
I believe some other demos were Frogger and Solitaire, but I guess those weren’t available in the US. The welcome video is the most nostalgic part for me by far
To my knowledge, that was in a different disc, which I recently covered in another video. I think in Europe, though, the disc had a slightly different selection of games
God i miss this era of gaming. Got an arcade xbox back in 07. Fun times. I miss the blades dashboard. Atleast the arcade disk came with the blade dashboard by default
4:02 Unfortunately, I don't have the disc and they shut the game down (I also had all the DLC on it). I have a question though... If I get the disc, will my DLC be back on the UNO game?
@@JackamoJones I did have the DLC, but no longer sadly. It seems they took all of the DLC from mine, even though I purchased it years back and had it installed... Incredible shame, since I miss all of the DLC decks.
You know I think I actually had this when I got my first 360 many years ago. Had the blades dashboard and I remember playing Feeding Frenzy, Pacman CE, Uno, and Viva Piñata before getting Xbox live.
Reckon these discs might explode in value after the store shuts down? Also I'm pretty sure this is the only way you can see the remains of Blades on an online unmodded console
Bless you for not making this 45 min like everyone else
Great video as always
I don’t have the time to be making 45 minute videos lol. Thanks for watching :)

Great video man loved looking back at the Xbox 360 Live Arcade
Same here dude, thanks

Epic.
@@Frank_West_From_Dead_Rising Nah, you're Epic 🫵
Wow I completely forgot I owned this same disk, I was OBSESSED with Viva pinyata, played that demo like 5 times
Funny enough I think that was the only game I never tried as a kid
piñata
Ah, science. We have much to thank science for. But as we only have a short time together, for now let us just thank science for your new Xbox 360.
The surfs up soundtrack was legendary
Dang! Very good video man! The amount of time I put in to this disc brings me back. It almost makes me tear up. Boom Boom Rocket was so good and Viva Piñata was a game my brothers and I played all the time!
I don’t think I was smart enough to understand Viva Piñata back then lol
I remember dominating my brother in that surfs up game as a kid, I had the full version, physical copy, I believe he still has it.
I want to check it out now

Yea absolutely, but at the time if you had just bought an Xbox it was a nice first game to have

I think European copies of the game have even more demos
This disk is the only way you can play xbox 360 uno now since it's delisted
To be fair, every single version of UNO is pretty much the exact same
As soon as I saw uno, all I could think about was the guy saying he didn't have uno.
Kinda funny that you used music from the Club Penguin soundtrack when showcasing the Surf's Up game
Surfing penguins. Made sense

Feeding Frenzy >> any game ever
Viva Pinata was fun as a kid.
Notice I said as a kid.
I personally have grown bored of it, but it is decently good.
@@Frank_West_From_Dead_Rising yeah it’s definitely for kids but I still enjoy it I have the game and I’ve refused to play because I was so addicted to it as a kid.

I had that Arcade disc when I got my 360 and I could’ve swore there were more games. Like Marble Blast Ultra Demo for example.

This was absolutely my favourite era of gaming. Maybe it’s nostalgia, but the 360/PS3/Wii era was the best
Considering this is the only LEGAL way to play UNO on the Xbox 360, you might as well get it
I did not know that
2:54 basically zuma

that disc did not have the right to go that hard
I bought this for shits and giggles but DAMN feeding frenzy go hard
Game of the year tbh
4:55 I had surfs up as a kid on PS2
Damn i probably would've quit gaming if i only had that disc 😅
Well I got new games eventually lol
youtube keeps showing me good shit
I’m so flattered
Luxor and surfs up was different
wasn't there a second disc?
Yes, and I only learned about it after having made this video. I’ll probably be covering it soon
@@JackamoJones I'd also recommend other compilations like the Dreamcast one and qubed!
I own that and I also have arcade unplugged
*t h e m e m o r I e s*
You forgot about Rez hd
The copy I owned didn’t have that, I think there were regional variants
I’m harvest
