Explaining what a hololive is, is pretty easy since you can just go with the simple its an entertainment company with multiple talents who use animated models, under Cover corporations which is a tech company specializing in 3d rigging and drones. This is simple and easy to digest. If they have further questions you can then specify from there

Was this introduced at all or were 99% of the people in the audience thinking "so this must be that K-pop I've been hearing so much about"
Well not bad cuz kpop born from jpop (they took everything from the looks like the japanese 80s makeup to the musuc and styles) and until these days they still eating from jpop all the concepts and ideas too
Pretty sure whenever they do these “Theme Nights” they have pamphlets available to give a brief overview about what’s happening for the uninitiated
Thank you for uploading this! Couldn't go to the game, but I saw a ton of Tweets about it.
This is the greatest collaboration in all of mankind.
Thanks for uploading this!
Cant believe we're living in a time to see Hololive absolutely catching the eyes of US at dodgers game before GTA6
Now this is what you call an official collab! Not just merchs
Idol dream? Guess it's baseball dream now for YAGOO xD
Man drone shows still blow me away. The level of control we have over these things in the air is so cool
Imagine it's 2019-2020, hololive is still relatively a nobody, the person behind Gura is just looking at job listings and asks her mom about it thinking it'll just be nice pocket money that she'll make for a year or so just playing games and being silly online and now here we are. I don't think anyone really could have predicted what hololive has grown into and will continue to grow in the next upcoming years.
Gura was already vtuber with 1 millions sub before hololive
@@Omega-irl No she wasn't, she was a content creator with a million mostly dead subs that don't pay anything. She was, however, a Twitch Vtuber with the size and audience a bit bigger than Biboo and Cecilia had. She worked a normal job, Twitch was just a side thing for her. People making her out to be wildly successful before hololive is just ridiculous. It's the same with Mumei, she had a million YT subs too, it doesn't mean anything, subs mean nothing unless you're actually making money with it.
@@cn8299 well yeah but she is famous in her PL but now with holo she's extremely famous
@@cn8299 bro her vids got insane views before hololive and her streams were pretty popular too. She for sure wasnt making a ton of money but calling them “dead subs” is pretty wild.
@@Omega-irl no, i've there when she debuted, her PL account before she debuted was around 800-900k sub got boosted a lot when she debutted.
As a former LA resident who has been to multiple Dodgers game this has gotta be one of the most entertaining crossovers I've seen in my life.
If Yagoo, Pekora, Suisei, and Gura didn't have a party after this, they should. What a stunning show and brilliant execution... I lost it when Stellar Stellar started.
Damn. Hololive will actually dominate the world at this rate.
Give it 20 or so years and they will take over half the entertainment industry
@@AdemonGamer09I don't understand why it's become so popular though isn't it just streamers but with anime avatars?
@@Mika-ph6ku it's their personality and the way they act. It's also how they interact with their viewers and other people. And of course because it's anime
@@Mika-ph6ku you should also check how funny and interesting was their content back then lol
ofc now they are still great, but the old ones are truly god
The performance is impressive, I love it.
Thanks for the recording!
That drone show was absolutely *Stellar!*
They should play this show over north sentinel island, imagine what those islanders would think
6:18 "Oh! that's a baseball!"
Jojo 😂
They are truly making history as what promised by the best girl himself.
A truly Stellar show.
you a 48 year old god fearing blue colar worker that has been saving for 3 month to take your son to dodger game, imagine what go through your head when you see that he's more exited seeing some cartoon girl that the game
I get tears in my eyes when I see how far Hololive has got, it was beautiful
you get tears in your eyes for the success of a multi million dollar corporation? You got stocks or something?
Thanks for sharing, I was wondering why there weren't as much people at AX today as I thought, I guess this explains it.
The absurd amount of money the company has to be pulling for them to do this
gonna be honest not a vtuber kinda weeb but i am a weeb and an aussie who likes baseball so this is the biggest win for dodgers since paying ohtani a shit load of money
SO COOL!!! What a time to be alive! Yagoo must be very proud.
Love having severe FOMO for things like this!
I recorded a majoring of this as well (but with MORE scuffed quality)... as someone who's BARELY even scratched the surface of Hololive (heard a few songs here & there, not to mention the clips I usually spot on my feed), I got teary-eyed during all of this (Hell, even as of writing this, it still gets me that way)
I honestly hope they'll do this again, next year... I DO wish that the collab merch situation will be better, as well
They really went the extra mile with this, the last thing I was expecting from hearing about this was a drone show.
Yagoo is not a winning son, he is THE winning son. Crazy that the idea of pushing for the happiness and dreams of your talent is a novel concept in the modern world, but I'm glad that this absolute king is the one doing it.
I still cannot frickin’ believe this is real. Hololive is moving up in the world at an EXPONENTIAL rate. I mean, a drone show at *_Dodgers Stadium?!_* A couple of the people I follow completely detached from the Hololive fandom have started posting about this and it feels like my worlds are colliding. It’s absolutely insane to me (and also maybe a little frightening) that pretty soon I might have to end up explaining to my family what the heck a Hololive is.
What a crazy timeline we live in.
Explaining what a hololive is, is pretty easy since you can just go with the simple its an entertainment company with multiple talents who use animated models, under Cover corporations which is a tech company specializing in 3d rigging and drones.
This is simple and easy to digest.
If they have further questions you can then specify from there
I love knowing the fact that not only is this the vast majority of those peoples first time seeing a drone show, as noted by the gasps, but its also their first time being exposed to hololive and v tuber culture.
What a day this woulda been to see.
This was beautiful.
Thank you for sharing.
It was very moving. 💮 Very nicely done & I'm glad the crowd reacted favorably.
Was so happy to know they used Suisei's songs
Thank you for posting this. I might never have a chance to attend something like this and seeing this makes me feel more part of the community.
Thank you for sharing this. I am so so proud to see how far things have come. Congratulations to Cover, hololive, Suisei, Pekora & Gura for getting to be involved in this. I hope this is just the start of even more great things to come with the Los Angeles office opening.
Again, so proud of all the talents who work their asses off to entertain us and so proud to be a hololive fan (soon to be 4 years, as, like many, i started watching when Myth debuted)!!
This is so peak! A-Chan WOULD HAVE BEEN PROUD!!
Thanks for the upload! The quality is great, especially for a night show!
update: dodgers won the world series lmao
Holy shit that was kino! Hololive literally can’t stop winning 🔥🎆
If i had a nickel for every person in that audience who thought that the hololive logo was the youtube playbutton or something i would be fucking rich. I cant believe the number of normies who got to see a fucking hplolive drone show and not realise how many people would beg on their kneews to be there
Calm down loser it's not that deep.
Uh that's cringe. Yagoo himself would be ashamed of you.
This is…a weird way to look at it, but either way hololive is growing, so that’s great news
The hell
It seems you're the "fascist" one here😅.
It's cover fault WHY THE LOGO IS SIMPLY JUST A "PLAY BUTTON".
the most popular brand with play button logo is UA-cam.
IT'S NORMAL FOR PEOPLE TO THINK IT'S UA-cam
mane getcho ass outside 😭🙏
When the numbers appeared below their names, those are their lore birthdates. Just so people know. I’m glad the Hololive segments are uploaded on UA-cam.
Crying just watching this... i hope i can attend a hololive event one day. They really saved many of us....
I'm crying, so proud of Suisei
Yagoo should start posting videos like this on his channel, I'd absolutely watch them
Japans hololive spreading wholesome influence back into america is such a good timeline hint
People who don't know something about this : Man that night a lot of meteor hitting earth, what a crazy night 😂
It would be more fantastic if the drones show "DODGERS" word for 1 moment. But overall this is a great Drones performance. Good job Hololive 😎👍
They couldn’t do that without displaying both teams playing, though I guess it wouldn’t hurt to do so I think
What a truly beautiful moment. I would've never believed something like this is possible today.
