The zipper on the bottom of the sweatpants are for being able to take off your pants without having to take your shoes off. This is useful when you do sports so you can start off wearing pants and as you get warmed off you can take them off easily.
Yeah I was gonna comment the same thing. It's really useful in volleyball practices.

Depending on the college some colleges have dress codes or uniforms so no not every college allows you to wear whatever you want
Btw jacy been in college for awhile now, I think she'd know what she's allowed to wear to class and what she can't wear to class
If there is no dress code they probably just choose to wear more appropriate cloth.

The tips that aren't school appropriate you can layer them over a tank top. Then it appropriate and warmer for colder days.
